With the key point that you have to trade in a device. It would be prudent to make sure you can't sell it for more yourself than T-Mobile is going to pay you via these credits.
Just read your story and wow. Good thing they got everything squared away for you. Have you received your delivery date yet? I haven't mines is still saying "shipping label created"

Phone choice is with the color choice so be careful when ordering, also can choose to get it shipped from China or here (US)
I'm in San Antonio and they never have any higher capacity iPhones within 50 miles of me. Tried with the 5s, then the 6. They all say you have to order it online....

Where it works, it's great. My guy works out in Castroville, it's hit or miss out there. Santa Rosa hospital eats the signal up if you're admitted and on the higher floors. My apartment here in Leon Valley has a really crazy dead spot I found in my closet (Always drops call no matter what device). If you roll around 1604, there are a few dead spots, same with 410. I wouldn't say it's bad reception often enough to discourage me.
I wonder how that band 12 will affect things in my apartment closet. LOL
LOL, my iphone left china on the 23rd and arrived in alaska on the 22nd. THESE THINGS REALLY ARE FAST.
Is anyone who ordered a 6s 16GB getting any information?
My T-Mobile says my order placed on 9/12/15 has shipped, but "detailed status" is unavailable. In addition, the UPS tracking number I received in a text (not on the site nor can I find it in an email) says it was created on the 19th, but it's now the 22nd and there's STILL no information about it. I did a preorder in store with Jump OD. It also says UPS Next Day Air Saver®.
I've never preordered a phone and had it shipped to me. I always had waited till stores had stock or, with the iPhone 6, pre-ordered in the Verizon store, then picked it up from the Verizon store.
I'm probably just being paranoid, so can someone clear my head and reassure me im getting my phone on Friday?

.Almost all with tracking are in the same boat.. Ups has not scan packages yet so just sit tight we should see movement tomorrow or thursday
Am I the only who ordered at midnight on the 12th and still haven't received a charge or a tracking number

I ordered on the 12th and just got charged yesterday and received my tracking today
I hope it does improve it, and let's hope you never have to make an important call from your closet. I work off 151 and wiseman and att coverage was horrible. Now that I'm with T-Mobile I have lte signal. Helps pass the day.
Placed 6s RG 64 gb order on 9/14. NO email update of ANY kind regarding my order. WTH! People here who ordered after 9/14 are getting their shipping confirms! Happy for you guys but seems my chances of getting it on the 25th are slim to none. And I'm going on vacation on the 27th. FML.
Because I got it off of my iPhone's tracking order. LOL.
I am guessing since that arrival scan is shown, then his or hers was on that plane...Did you pre-order through Apple?
Mine and a whole bunch of people from my other forums who have T-Mobile, we all have that too.
It's not giving us the same details as some of the other carriers shipping info.
I bet once it's actually at your local UPS or near it, it'll update. I wouldn't freak out yet. Now if it shows nothing on the 24th... I might squirm a bit.
