Im not sure why everyone is asking the same questions . Your tracking WILL NOT change until late Wednesday/thursday. They have only created shipping labels and NO!! you are not alone, none of our phones is moving. you will see tracking with ups soon. Just wait, relax, and calm down.

I've learned to stop telling people to calm down because they never will and will probably yell at you.

So I ordered the RG 6s Plus 64gb on launch day. 9:00amEST. It saying its backordered until Oct. Last two reps from Tmobile said it shouldn't be backordered(since I preordered on the first available day) and told me to wait to see if the shipping time changes. No change today. Am I the only one with this issue? Seems like everyone who preordered the first day is getting it release day

I have this problem. I ordered first day. My explore says I won't get it until around oct 2-October 16. I'm beyond pissed about this. I was promised the launch day. I ordered ip6s+ 16g. Now I have to wait it's bs. Thinking about going to Att.

I don't get any of your alerts. Did you order from the apple store?

Go to the tracking page and there is a box that says something along the lines of "need help" or "have questions" or something like that. When you click you get taken to a help page specific to your tracking number (you'll see it in the URL).

My explore says this too. I ordered JOD RG 16g 6s plus. And I ordered on the 12. I'm mad very very mad.

Congrats to everyone with shipping notices, very jealous! I'm a little frustrated because I didn't think I would get the phone on launch day but when Tmo sent me an email saying it was expected to ship by the 24th I got pretty excited.

Ordered my RG 6s+ on the 13th in the afternoon, would have ordered it earlier but I got married on the 12th (woo) so I was a little preoccupied. I fully expected to be on backorder because it's such a popular new phone but when I got that email I began expecting it to come friday. So far no movement though, no charge,shipping or anything. Oh well, we will see what happens, I'm rocking a Note 4 right now and it's giving me a bunch of issues.

As of 9/21 Explore said (and still says) 'Expected to ship on or before 09/24/2015'

Location says san diego as of yesterday.
I did a request with UPS to hold at one of their locations.
I'll call later today to see when is the earliest I can pick up.
'Get Help' section of UPS shows the apple/tmobile post that iphones will be held until friday,
so im assuming friday morning is the earliest that I could pick up

It's because T-Mobile isn't focused on building and sustaining incredible customer experiences. T-Mo's mission is to rapid fire defend and attack the other huge carriers like AT&T and Verizon. By attack I mean everytime they have a new "UnCarrier" promotion and by defend I mean everytime they have a deal such as the $5 a month iPhone deal, family plans that are advertised on TV and so on. That's why so many of these new promotions are confusing, hard to figure out and half the time the employees don't even know what's going on outside of a pre-compiled instruction sheet they're sent.

To T-Mo's credit, a lot of what they do helps out existing customers. I don't think I'll switch from T-Mobile anytime soon. The only downfall is that each new 'foot in the door' deal often come at the expense of UX polish.

I don't even know if that makes sense, sorry, I'm super tired!

While I don't disagree, I will say that they have had the nicest customer service representatives I've ever dealt with. And I remember this about them back when we had TMO before we switched to iPhone back in 2007. Idk if it's just different hiring, training, sorcery, or what. Even when I didn't get the answer I didn't necessarily get the answers I wanted the first, second, or third time lol.

Did you buy the phone on the jump on demand program? If you didn't then you didn't get priority. What model size and color did you get?

People are also forgetting supply and demand. Every model, color and size was delivered to t-mobile in differ quantities. This year Apple ran out on stock a lot faster than any other year because Apple released the iPhone in multiple different county's. This is also the first time that Apple started their leasing program so it's pretty obvious that Apple kept A huge backup stock for themselves.

If you read the fine print changing your package to "will call" can add upto 1 day on your delivery. So its most likely on hold for verification and routing info.

It seems like you'll get yours early. I'm guessing you live in San Diego?

Hopefully the hold and pick up won't prevent you to get it early. They could be more likely to re-read the note associated to that package :/

Last I knew ups doesn't do weekend delivery nor will they allow pickups in the weekend. At least near me they don't.

Sounds about right. Thank God for the Access Point. Our local hub doesn't open until around 2 and my deliveries (I already had all my UPS stuff going there) always get to the Access Point way before that.
