I didn't have time to make it to a T-Mo store until the 17th because my moms been in the hospital and my wife and I had been visiting her and helping my fam with stuff. Still on processing on tmobile, but explore makes me think I wont see it for awhile...

so i just seen the new JOD prices that John Legere posted on twitter but I'm assuming its still the same if you basically want the new prices and are stuck on normal jump you still have to pay to return your iPhone 6 or 6 plus.
 
All I know is I don't care what sweet too-good-to-be-true deals that are offering next year. This will be my last year preordering through T-Mobile. I will be going with Apple's installment payment plan next year. Easier, simple, no hassle from Reps having to MANUALLY enter orders like its 1972 or any of that craziness.


Some of these horror stories I've read since the 12th have been downright ridiculous. I know how frustrated I was having to fight and threaten nice, courteous, but otherwise poorly trained and clueless CS reps to get my incorrectly entered order canceled and reordered. So I can only IMAGINE the frustration of people who ordered and their orders disappeared into the Ether, or they had to read and analyze the fine print of service contracts to make sure they werent being overcharged, or they got charged upwards of $400 for down payments when CS screwed up, or their orders were cancelled out of the blue, or reps gave them wrong colors, storage capacities, or sizes.....

Too much headache for what should've been a rather simple process

After last year, I also said that I wouldn't go through the preorder process again either. However, this year I just decided that I wouldn't stay up all night to preorder immediately (or even preorder on the first day). That ended up working a whole lot better for me this time around. I waited a few days and was content on getting the phone whenever it came. Luckily, since I'm not ordering the rose gold phone, I'm still getting mine on launch day.
 
Apple Watch for T-Mobile on launch day! Only some sport models in stores. Others have to be ordered

Have my shipping info finally populated in UPS tracking page/app. order processed/ready for UPS. 1.3 lbs, sitting in Louisville right now.

It tells me estimated delivery is TODAY lol (i know they're holding them and this won't actually happen)

question, did any regular JUMP buyers receive an updated EIP? last year this did not happen that I remember, and I haven't gotten one this year either, but shipping is proceeding as normal.

No, you will not get an updated EIP. Only JOD customers will.
 
I think this forum makes he preorder process seem more crazy than it really is. If you just preordered, and waited until the 25th, most of us will get our devices no problem. Everyone freaking out on here makes it seem worse than it is lol

It won't change until they ship it and it's in UPS hands - and if it's overnight delivery you won't see any progress until tomorrow, or maybe this afternoon.
 
My tracking has been like this for 3 days. No movement and should be here in two days...

I ordered mine on the pre-order day, my label was made on the 19th, and I still have no more info either. Don't worry. It's coming. It'll probably look like this until tomorrow, or even early EARLY friday morning.
 
I ordered several iPhones with jump on demand and was supposed to get free expedited shipping, but the shipping notifications I received a few days ago say UPS ground shipping. has anyone else experienced this? will the shipping type get updated to overnight once the phones actually leave UPS?

If it is ground, I don't see how the phones will arrive by Friday since they haven't technically shipped out yet!
 
Im not sure why everyone is asking the same questions :rolleyes:. Your tracking WILL NOT change until late Wednesday/thursday. They have only created shipping labels and NO!! you are not alone, none of our phones is moving. you will see tracking with ups soon. Just wait, relax, and calm down.

It will automatically be upgraded to overnight. All T-Mo and they can verify that for you.
