I think that's just JUMP On Demand customers getting updated EIPs. I ordered via JUMP and received a shipped text but no updated EIP. Actually, I have the original JUMP and have never received an updated EIP when ordering phones.

I ordered on the 15 also and I was assured by the rep on the ERT that it wouldn't be that long. This saddens me

I have stomach issues that keep me from sleeping sometimes myself. Hope your phone comes soon so you have a distraction . I have no idea when mine will come. I'm stuck at processing but this happened last year and it came on Friday, but explore says otherwise. Hope I get lucky!I am on the same boat you are on, I did sign up for UPS choice and noticed it is coming from T-Mobiles warehouse in Louisville so I am hopeful to see some movement later today for delivery on Friday. Fingers crossed.

I hope you do too! It doesn't feel good to watch all the posts of "I got my phone" while yours is backordered.
I got a tracking number for a 64GB 6S Rose Gold that I ordered on the 15th. However mine has always said it'll ship by the 24th.
We ordered in store, switch from Jump! to JOD on 9/13/2015. My boyfriend's SG 64GB 6S+ has been showing as "Charged" on the card since 9/19. My RG 64GB 6S+ has been "Pending" since 9/21. Both are showing as "Shipped" on Tmobile's site and we both have UPS tracking #'s saying a UPS shipping label has been created. So one phone has charged, the other is pending. Hope that helps?
UPDATE! Now both phones are showing as charged on the card

With JUMP 1, you get to update twice per year, not necessarily every 6 months.
I believe you and I are in the same boat my friend. I didn't have time to make it to a T-Mo store until the 17th because my moms been in the hospital and my wife and I had been visiting her and helping my fam with stuff. Still on processing on tmobile, but explore makes me think I wont see it for awhile...

Or you can just do it whenever if you pay off and sell a device. That's why I stayed on the old JUMP. Plus I found you could literally have two EIP on one line. Got my Note 3 and an iPhone like a month apart.
I feel for those of you who got Rose gold phones...
My guess is in order to hit your cc they have to create a shipping label shortly afterwards, doesn't matter if the phone sits the label is created and makes the transaction legal. The issue is we see labels and tracking numbers and get excited prematurely.
I'm also not worried about being IN NYC and the Pope because UPS does bulk delivery at night and I have a hub hold.

they took out the money for me i got charged on saturday and by monday it was cleared.
