Yeah that's what I had to do with something once. I was still a renter then so my license almost never matched my current address. I just brought in a bill in addition to my license and tracking number.

I think the real problem comes when the names don't match.

Right. They never load on the outgoing truck for that day. They just sit there and wait for you. 🙂

It varies among customer counters.. I can say with certainty that at the Farmingville, NY UPS customer counter, if you show up looking for a will-call before they call you, they will tell you that you need to wait until they call you.

Mine has never matched the last 3 pickups. I come prepared with my license and my utility bill. They've never asked me for the utility bill.

Agreed. The only time you "have" to wait for the driver is if you set it to be held after it's already been scanned to go out with the driver. That happened with my iPad. Even though the driver hadn't left, they weren't going to sift through all of the already sorted packages to keep mines there.

I'm slightly amazed at the rush for the rose gold iPhone. The Plus selling out faster due to it being bigger I could understand. But I had no idea so many people were waiting and hoping and dreaming for rose gold. Not judging anyone, but...surprising.

With tmobile iphone ordering, will UPS require a signature? First time ordering with Tmobile, and I know when ordering through Apple, they will require a signature. (I do not see 'Signature Required' on UPS tracking anywhere)

Mine says signature required.. But only when tracking through my choice not normally
 
Has anyone with a 6s Plus RG 128GB status updated? My issue is that I pre-ordered on the 12th, I called around 3:02 EST and got my order done within 30 mins or so: well, the representative told me that the order went through, that it was all done and then boom... I called the next day because I never got an email or EIP, and they told me the order never processed.... So I call back and re do the order to basically struggle with them 6 times... 6 times just to get the damn order placed, it finally placed on the 19th, but they reassured me that I wouldn't lose my place in line, because they changed the rules this year where if the orders don't process your place in line is still safe... so here I am with no updates, site hasn't changed and money hasn't been taken out... This was the worse one yet...

That sucks, hope you get a magical message tomorrow saying everything is good to go.

I just changed mine to pick up at UPS hub/customer center. It's on my way home from work so I'm set.

Anyone else picking theirs up in Memphis?
 
My UPS status still says the same since Monday: "A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status will be updated."

I wish I saw some activity there already. Nothing yet. <sigh>
