Got my watch to match yesterday. Didn't feel like waiting for tmo or going to that zoo of a store on its release lol. Bought 2 other bands for it since i don't really like the lavender one.

Least you can see the rose gold metal colour again in house type lighting.

Two days since credit card charge, still waiting for e-mails, tracking number, etc. Keeping my fingers still crossed for a delivery on Friday.
 
64GB RG 6S Plus here. Ordered 9/12 9:00am EST. Hasn't updated since 9/21.

ETA is between 10/2 - 10/16

I called Tmobile today for an update... And.. Well..... Yeahhhhh
 
Has anyone with a 6s Plus RG 128GB status updated? My issue is that I pre-ordered on the 12th, I called around 3:02 EST and got my order done within 30 mins or so: well, the representative told me that the order went through, that it was all done and then boom... I called the next day because I never got an email or EIP, and they told me the order never processed.... So I call back and re do the order to basically struggle with them 6 times... 6 times just to get the damn order placed, it finally placed on the 19th, but they reassured me that I wouldn't lose my place in line, because they changed the rules this year where if the orders don't process your place in line is still safe... so here I am with no updates, site hasn't changed and money hasn't been taken out... This was the worse one yet...


As far as status within T-Mobile's order update system it hasn't changed since the 17th. However my card was charged two days ago and I have a tracking number.

Is anyone else getting the shipping date until November for a 6s plus rose gold 64gb? I am so bummed!!
Thats the same for me. It sucks! When did you place your order? I placed mine on the 18th. The crappy part is that the space gray that i ordered on that same order wont ship until the rose gold is ready. :(

Weird. I ordered the same model at 10AM PST (1PM EST) and I'm getting my phone Friday. Are you on Jump or Jump on Demand?

I'm slightly amazed at the rush for the rose gold iPhone. The Plus selling out faster due to it being bigger I could understand. But I had no idea so many people were waiting and hoping and dreaming for rose gold. Not judging anyone, but...surprising.

Yeah me too. Honestly, I thought this would be the least in demand color...who knew.
 
So I don't know if this has been said before because this is such an epic thread, but it seems that a lot of people are ordering through T-Mobile or T-Mobile customers are just more active because we have twice as many or more posts compared to any other "carrier" thread.

I'm in a similar situation...initial order was on 9/14 RS 64 6s....but they messed up my credit card number...so I had to recall in and fix it...which required being transferred 5x to customer care, then to telesales, then back to customer care, then over to activations, etc. Total time on the phone was >2 hrs. I'm still not sure they have it right...as my order still has not moved.

I call BS on the "you don't lose your order in line". Plenty of people here ordered the same phone after my order on 9/14...and they have been charged and tracking info sent. Worse, I'm fearing that the machine that figures out the order in which to ship the limited inventory, doesn't go back to check "problem" orders - it just goes from 1st order down the line to the last order...and doesn't go back. Ugh - right there with ya buddy.

Try going to the UPS site and search by your phone number.

Thanks, I've been doing that for the last couple of days ;) Seems that at an increased frequency. Just to clarify. The charge is still pending, this is not the final charge, but the trial balloon T-Mobile sends to make sure the actual charge will go through. For the other phone I got the tracking number quite soon after this pending charge. Anyway, status still says expected to ship by the 24th
 
Which option is safer? Choosing to pickup at the CC when UPS is saying the pickup date can be the 25th, or the 2 hour delivery window
