I'll have to back him up on this one. Last year I had the same time frame as I have now (plus, I know that UPS usually delivers in my neighborhood around 3P), but my phone wasn't delivered until about 8P. The driver did say that on iPhone launch days that they do run behind because they are delivering many more packages in one day than they normally would. But, they are supposed to deliver every package that they have, no matter how long it takes.

Well, I called. They couldn't process my credit card, so I got bumped. Unreal, would have received all tomorrow, now they can only guarantee sometime by November.

Guess I will have to stick with ATT for now.

My experience with that order status page is that it can be unreliable, which is why i use the My T-Mobile page. However, it appears that it may be working a little better this year, so I'd say to keep using that in the interim. Also, keep trying to check by reference on the UPS site because they may get your package before anything updates on the T-Mobile site. But, you won't get any email updates, unless you're on JUMP On Demand, in which case, they will send an updated JOD agreement once your phone has been shipped.

When i first was on tmobile it took 4 days after my account was activated to createan online account.

It definitely makes sense. My delivery estimate for the iPhone 6 last year was "by 7:00pm" on launch day, but UPS didn't actually showed up until around 9:30pm. I almost gave up waiting at 8pm but was pleasantly surprised after dinner! Really depends on where you are on their route and how quickly the delivery guy is moving. This year, I'm keeping expectations low.

Yeah, I got my phone the day before I was notified it was delivered. The UPS folks are slammed and I doubt all the scans will be super accurate time-wise over the next few days.

anyone that ordered the 6s+ could you tell me the weight of your package? I'm trying to figure if they put both my phones in one package as it weighs 2.3 lbs. but my girlfriends 6s weighs 1.1lb

Decided to cancel my ATT order and switch teams all together to tmobile last night. Called and placed an order for 2 iPhones and an iPad mini 4. Received shipping confirmation this morning that I will be getting them on launch day. I was shocked when placing the order and asked how long of a back order there would be. The rep told me as long as I did not order rose gold I would get it on launch day. WIN, probably the latest possible order to get launch day delivery.

if you are a JOD customer packages will be heavier because they have added instructions on what we can and cant do with our leased phones we currently have. mine is 1.30lbs for a 64GB + SG
