UPS confirmed our order is was shipped ground, with schedule delivery of Wednesday (Bay Area).

Nope. just called T-Mobile and they conferenced on UPS... after the label has been created/applied, it can't be changed
f'n annoying. they're giving me a $50 bill credit, but i don't even care about that.
Thanks! They just moved her to a rehab facility yesterday, she had been in the hospital since Aug 25th

i hope i didn't screw myself by requesting to pick up at my local UPS hub twice. once on the 22nd and earlier today..
I mean, this is icing on the ****ing cake with how T-mobile's handled this entire launch.
if you dont have a departure scan already it may be one of these flight....i am thinking for Bronx it may be the NYC flight........check at the times mentioned below you should have a departure scan at one out of the 4
whoever took my order did it wrong as well and signed us up for ground. due monday end of day. he promised me it would be friday due to jump on demand and i would get priority shipping. when i asked him about the ground shipping later, he said that would automatically convert to overnight. so that was a lie apparently.

They're actually full of it.. They can do a delivery intercept on an orignal order and ship out a new one.. Thats assuming they have in stock what you originally ordered.
That was always the risk. Your best bet is to call ups and ask them. Maybe they can cancel the request if it won't be available for pickup?
Anyone else excited about better T-mobile coverage? Can't wait to see how much better...(can't get much worse).
I decided to finally make the switch back from Android so this morning I went into my local T-Mobile store and placed an order for a Slate Gray 64GB 6s. I figured it would be a few weeks out but she confirmed that it wasn't on back order and it allowed her to select "Next Day Air" on the order. She said that with a standard 1 day processing time I can reasonably expect to get the phone Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest.

I know I shouldn't be so worked up over this, but I am. Is it too much to ask for ANYTHING to go correctly with stuff like this, and to get what you've been promised? Guess it would've been too convenient to have received it with a full weekend to set it up.
