Totally unacceptable!! I'd like to punch the T-Mobile and UPS people responsible for this damage to my phone box in the throat. And the letter says to get a credit with Jump trade in you must used the enclosed bag, which wasn't enclosed, only a sticker label. And the bag is wretched and I'll show you the bottom half, not the top because it has personal info, but that half was twice as bad. Such a disgrace. Sprint and Apple ALWAYS put them in boxes, and I even asked the rep this time about that and he assured me it will be double boxed. Yeah, blow it out your a**! Wait until I get ahold of T-mobile. Guarantee you I'll get at least a $50 credit for this.

You got your phone and you're going to continue to harass the employees??? SMH

This morning, T-Mobile sent me a tracking number and an update to my JOD financing agreement. The agreement has my IMEI number on it. That has to be a good sign. No estimated ship date still.
Sounds like you should get it around Tuesday

Still waiting ...

Fingers crossed UPS gets here in the next 20 mins. I need to leave to pick up little one from school. Knowing my luck he'll come while I'm gone

I used the new SIM. If you go to T-Mobile's site you can change your sim card number using the numbers on the iPhone box. I am OCD about using old stuff, so this new fresh SIM makes me happier

When you do it this way, does the new sim start working right away in the new phone? Just need to know what to expect. I might have to wait until after 5 to do the switch if it's going to result in being in not being reachable for more than a few minutes.

It works instantly just turn your phone off and on

You should just be able to pop the old sim out of your old phone and put it on the new one. It does come with a sim inside though. Mine did not last year.

Who all still haven't received any correspondence from T-Mobile as to when their device will be in stock and or shipped?! I got an update alright waiting for more inventory estimated to arrive early November

UPS accidentally sent my dad's phone to the wrong place. I'm pretty sure Little Rock, Arkansas is quite far from San Diego, California. Haha.

Luckily, my phone's out for delivery.

Aloha, all!
A bit late, I know, but wanted to share my pre-order nightmare. Because I'm in Hawaii, I did not need to stay up until the wee hours of the morning on 9/12 to order. I called in at 9:01 pm Hawaii time (12:01 am PT) on 9/11 to place my order. Was on hold forever and a day, so I hung up and decided to order from Apple Store instead. Order went through right away. An hour or so later, I tried T-mobile again and got through. Placed my order without any issues (or, so I thought). Cancelled the Apple order. After 24 hours had passed and I still hadn't received my EIP email, I called them back to find out they had ordered the WRONG color. (I wanted RG, and they ordered just the Gold). They couldn't figure out how to amend the first order, so I placed a second one, and was told to just ignore the email for the first one (if I even received it).

Well, I waited ANOTHER 3 days and still no email for either order. I called them back and was told, again, to wait 24 hours. I told them that I knew my math wasn't great, but I'd now been waiting the equivalent of over THREE 24-hour periods, and was ready to cancel both orders. Somehow, she talked me into placing another one on 9/15. Still no email by the next day, so I completely cancelled everything and vowed to just wait until the 7 comes out next year.

On 9/18, I walked into my local T-mobile store and ordered one again because my OCD was winning the battle. LOL. Process was a piece of cake. My EIP email came right away, and they made me stay in the store and sign it so I was sure everything was done correctly. They told me it might be 2-3 weeks until I received it, but I didn't care. At least I had an order. Tracking number came a few days later, and the shipping process was smooth as silk.

Well... I am now waiting until my lunch hour today to drive down to the UPS hub (about 15 minutes away, if I don't speed) to pick up my new RG 64GB 6S!! I'm actually trying to think of a way to go earlier on my break, but if there's a line, I'll be SOL getting back to work in time. Might be worth it.

I've thoroughly enjoyed commiserating with you all, and hope you all enjoy your new toys!

Well, no email from t mobile with estimated ship date, but email from t mobile with IMEI, and I have a tracking number. Hoping to get it Tuesday.

First one arrived: Space Grey 6s+ 128gb. First thing I did was put a Spigen tempered glass screen protector on it, and slide it into a Seidio Surface case. This is the last pic I take with my Samsung Note 3!

Now just waiting on 6s Rose Gold 64gb. It's on truck for delivery - strange it didn't come on the same UPS truck. View attachment 585963

I doubt you'll get other phone today; it's More likely that it'll be Monday. I've had that happen to me before with ups It was two packages linked together as a part 1 part 2 type of package and only part 2 showed up. The driver said that their must have been a mistake at the hub and it either ended up in the wrong truck or it's still in the belt system since he spent 10mins searching his truck for it before walking up to my door. So then o decided to call in see I could pick it up and they couldn't locate it so I was stuck waiting for it to run through the system again and a recovered it on Monday.

Hopefully that doesn't happened to you, but I've never had ups deliver from two different trucks unless one is ground and one is express. If I as you I'd call in asap to see if they can locate the your package.

Does anyone know if you have to be around to sign for delivery from UPS?

I believe mine was sent overnight and should be here today.

Edit: my original post came across as brash. My apologies.

Almost everyone that ordered from T-Mobile has not had to give a signature yet, but one member here was required to sign. Hope your iPhone comes soon!
