Totally unacceptable!! I'd like to punch the T-Mobile and UPS people responsible for this damage to my phone box in the throat. And the letter says to get a credit with Jump trade in you must used the enclosed bag, which wasn't enclosed, only a sticker label. And the bag is wretched and I'll show you the bottom half, not the top because it has personal info, but that half was twice as bad. Such a disgrace.
