Yeah that is not common and less you’re outside a metro area. T-Mobile & Verizon kick AT&T in pretty much every single metro area in the country.

Yeah, well it makes it so tough that in the places I will use the phone the most, the speeds are lacking. You truly do go "hey" after having 50Mbps and going down to 2-3Mbps. Hopefully when I'm outside it would jump off Band 12 and be a little faster, but still.

Another benefit of T-Mobile was the tethering I don't get on my unlimited with AT&T, but if it's only 2-3MBps, not sure how much I want the tethering.

It's a very tough decision!! :)

Lol...
I'm here returning our previous three devices and apparently they were ordered wrong; somehow I have two leases for each of my phone lines that I upgraded on. Apparently the store level guy can't do anything so he's in the phone with customer care.

I honestly can't help but laugh at this point. Sometimes you have to find the humor in life.
Remember that big A** charge you had on you 6S's? Of course you do. Now you know why you had it even though they never could explain it you.

Question on changing SIM on t-mo website - this is my first time....

The ICCID on my box has a letter on the end. The website does not accept the letter. Is that ok/expected??

Update: I see on the t-mo screen their example shows a number without a letter. My new phone is already on so I looked in the Settings, About screen at the ICCID listed there. It's the same as the box without the letter. Whew! Just had a panic moment there. LOL I will leave this info here to save anyone else from the same worry.

Ya, did y'all take the JOD back to store, or gonna mail them? and this SOB is FASSSSST Feels faster than my iPad air 2 to be honest. Touch ID is like wow blazing fast. The RG looks more Salmon and copper tone vs pink. In some lights it does look a little pinkish...no worries to me tho. :)

Go into your phones setting under about and it will have the number to use. I believe t-mobiles website shows you what number to use as well, on the sim change page.

Man I really love this phone, so beautiful, and extremely fast.
Yes it's all that. Thus far very happy, the speed and fluidity are amazing especially coming from an android. Glad I got the smaller 6s although not happy with the wallet case I got so that means is time to go case shopping. I even got my android watch working but I feel a apple watch in the near future. Cheers.

I was just told by t force on Twitter that if you have jump on demand you must return to the store. I was only asking because I tore open the padded envelope they sent it in not knowing I was supposed to return it in that same envelope.

LMAO @ not being able to return a phone for JoD in-store.

As much as I love TMO, I've never dealt with such incompetent customer care in my life. They're all reaaaaally nice, but pretty much clueless. Like how in the holy hell is there an issue doing the 1 thing that makes JoD what it is?? THE WHOLE POINT IS TO BE ABLE TO TURN IN A PHONE AND WALK AWAY WITH A NEW ONE.

Unbelievable.

i still get the same horrible reception in my house. was hoping band 12 would kick in. guess not. i know there band 12 towers within a 10 mile radius of me so im not sure what to do

It sure makes a difference for me. On the 6+ I had edge service in my house. Now I have LTE.

I'm all set up and using the new phone now! I love it already! Still trying to determine if I think it's faster though. It's supposed to be, I realize, esp. since I switched from a 5s. It just seems to lag a bit at the moment. Maybe because my email says there are over 6,000 emails! I hate when I switch to a new phone and setup the email, most everything comes in a unread. POP accounts are probably the problem....

As for the signal, I was super excited at first when I saw 4 bars instead of the 2 I normally have on my phone in my house. That was before I activated the new SIM though. Now that it's activated and restarted, I am at my usual 2 bars. Sometimes it goes up to 3, but not the 4 that got me so excited!

Touch ID is screaming fast, that's for sure.

well, i dropped by my local tmo late in the day and they had plenty of 6s's, but no 6s+'s. i ordered a 6s+ on jod, and i don't mind waiting. its weird that there wasn't really anyone in there. i really wanted the big phone, or else i could of had one today. either they made way more or this isn't an interesting launch for most regular people.

personally, i like the idea of leasing the 6s+ for a year, trading it in, and keeping the 7 for two-three years. the design for the 6 series is butt ugly. i'm only in it for the screen size and battery.
