Alright time to come clean. How many people did this.

Heard a diesel
Looked out window
Saw UPS
Stalked him from the corner of your window out of sight as he parked in front of your house
Ran to the door
Sat there for about 3-4 seconds after he knocked so it didn't seem like you were desperately waiting

I heard UPS pull up and I ran to the door before he could ring the bell. I gave him a red bull and water and he looked shocked saying "no one ever gave him refreshments on his deliveries".

It's not as pink as I thought but I'm in love!

I was excited to receive my iPhone 6S today until I tried to complete setup. I have the dreaded "Slide to Upgrade" issue. I tried to Update and Restore via iTunes, but the upgrade server is not available.

I'm stuck with a $750 brick. Well played, Apple/Tmo...well played.
I'm semi techy did you put it in recovery by pressing the home button and the power button at the same time for about 5-10 seconds, releasing the power button while still holding the home button. Then restoring using iTunes

I haven't got anything yet. I asked here how long have anyone waited before but no1 answered me. I'm the most impatient person in the world and if I knew this before I would have just gone to the store today and tried my luck.
I never preordered before not an iPhone anyways. I'm so hurt I want my iPhone. My 6plus is getting the job done now I'm contemplating whether or not I should have considered another color is rose gold really worth waiting until November??

I took mine to a t mobile store and they couldn't figure out how to process the JOD return. They didn't have the right button to process it in the system. After 90 minutes I gave up.

Same. They packaged it up for me, put a note on my account, and told me to send it out with the label I was sent.

Don't give you that nonsense? already did.

congrats to you for working in a industry that designs and make very complex and gorgeous box.

btw it seems like just you that has a HUGE problem with it.

I understand his frustration. Experienced this first-hand with last year's preorder, when my phone box came completely mashed. This year, I ordered two of them as gifts and I'll be pissed if they turn up in the same fashion. Completely unacceptable on T-Mobile's part.

I just kissed my guy. He said only two other people were excited to see him...not THAT excited though!

Touch ID is damn near instant. Almost too fast to just hit the home button to see the time. I have to use the power button now for that. Great job done there!!!

I've been considering switching to T-Mobile from AT&T. I was testing a pre-paid T-Mobile sim in 5S and my speeds were averaging 5-6Mbps compared to 50-60Mbps on AT&T.

I thought Band 12 would help but it's NOT about speed. The pre-paid sim is only getting 1-2Mbps on Band 12 in the new phone.

Testing it side by side with AT&T LTE, it does make web pages load 1-2 seconds slower.

Not sure if I should stick with AT&T and my unlimited data or move to T-Mobile and live with slower speeds, but get out of contracts and also have great service when I travel (which is rare).

Delivery attempt failed or no show?
Hi it's 7:20pm and still haven't got my phone. The UPS status is out for delivery since morning 6:30AM. There was no one in the house till noon. However there was no notice for failed attempt stuck at the door and it still says out for delivery.any suggestions?

So with my new 4 phones. What's the best way to port my lines from ATT. Tmobile gave me new SIM cards with temp numbers. Should I put those in the phones or use the one that came with the phones.

Also if I want tmobile to pay off the balance that's due on the ATT next for 2 out of the 4 phones what do I need to do. Should I just walk into the tmobile store and have them do everything?
Bump. anyone ??

Lol...
I'm here returning our previous three devices and apparently they were ordered wrong; somehow I have two leases for each of my phone lines that I upgraded on. Apparently the store level guy can't do anything so he's in the phone with customer care.

I honestly can't help but laugh at this point. Sometimes you have to find the humor in life.

Your original question is a little confusing. You should just be able to have them do the port in store (we did) and it was done before we left, although they stated it may take 12 hours.

As far as your next credits that is all done online. They'll have you upload your final bill (which att will get you after you've ported out). You are basically stuck paying your etf out of pocket. You'll get bill credits for future T-Mobile bills and the rest you'll get in 6-8 weeks in the form of a prepaid visa.

Yeah that is not common and less you’re outside a metro area. T-Mobile & Verizon kick AT&T in pretty much every single metro area in the country.

I made sure to leave detailed delivery instructions informing UPS that I need my phone delivered to the leasing/management office of my apartment and what do you know, i get a notification at 3:02pm informing me that my phone had been delivered and left at THE FRONT DOOR greeeeaaaaat. now I sit at work until 5:30 anxiously hoping no one steals my phone. dammit UPS I only had one simple request

So should I keep the ATT phones and try and sell instead of giving to tmobile. One a iPhone 6 64gb and the other is a iPhone 5s 32gb. Both were acquired on att next in February.
