Open the phone dialer and enter this string: *3001#12345#*
Press the call button
This will put you in field test mode
3rd entry down on the field test screen is Serving Cell Info, tap it
2nd entry down is Freq Band Indicator- this tells what band you are on
Press the home button to exit

I'm so sorry. That would make me go crazy. I would take it to apple and see what they say otherwise ordering again soon your only other option.
It's taking me some time to get used to. Do you have Facebook? Are you able to make it work on there?
Yes, I can see it. If it bothers you I think you should get the phone replaced. I have got phones and other items replaced in the past, sometimes for good reason, and at least once or twice for reasons that eventually I figured out where not really issues. In this case, it looks fairly obvious. In most cases I have received excellent quality from Apple, but nobody is perfect. What I've found is that they are usually good at trying to make sure you are happy.
I guess that is par with the course for places that don't have band 12. I see band 4 all around me

Lol I called Tmobile. They said if you return it by mail you will end up paying for it until the store closes the account for that phone/EIP
Well after freaking out that in wasn't going to get my iPhone after the uodate on UPS website told away my delivery time I had my New IP6S+ dropped off around 1045am today and been using it since and I am so happy I'm back to IOS I tried the new Note 5 great phone truly but Android itself is not very cohesive and updates are usually scarce. Especially for Samsung time lines

Had a great experience with Tmo and Apple. Apple I expect, but even they went beyond I thought. I had preordered a 128gb 6s plus in silver for kicks, but as soon as I saw rose gold at the store, I had to have it. I asked, they obliged. God bless. Go Pope.
so I called T-Mobile customer support at 9am after I left Apple Store with first swapped 6s+ and asked if I could change my preordered JOD 6s+ silver to a 128gb rose gold 6s (rose gold is gorgeous and I think looks better on the smaller phone) and the CSR actually found one in NYC, had a store rep hold it (last one), and by 9:30 I had it in my hand.
I have been through a return wth T-Mobile like this before so am familiar with some of the quirks like having to return phone by mail even if getting in store replacement. In fact the CSR extended my credit to make sure I could get the 6s despite still technically having a 6s plus on order.
My separate orders from Apple and T-Mobile arrived on time with no Pope delay and I was in the affected zone.
All in all, both manufacturer and carrier did right by customer in the service department and that's what makes the purchase feel good.
Went with a midnight blue silicone for the plus and midnight blue leather for the 6s, though I'm waiting for cadaube veil.

Thank you! I haven't even opened mine yet. First, I was annoyed at the cheap shipping bubble envelopes they came in. Then the return label. Looked in the cheap bubble wrap, nope, no return envelope. I was thinking WTH are they talking about until this thread. Thanks for the update!
my Glas.t slim shield won't come until monday. Not sure if I'm gonna wait for that before opening...argh! even got my slim armor today at the same time as all 3 phones.
My tracking says an "exception" occurred and will be delivered next business day (Berkeley).I live in Union City and I haven't received mine yet. It's almost 9PM
Got my phone at 4:55PM so sweet love it. Supper fast. iPhone 6s Plus is heaver you notice it at first but then after a while can't tell a difference. Very Fast!! Pictures look sweet and 4k video looks awesome although I don't have anything to view true 4k on. Signal strength is one dot higher inside my house. Touch ID is way, way faster.
