Hello!


I have a phone I can send you directly from my office. It will be an iPhone 6s Plus 128GB Rose Gold device. I can get this to you by the end of this week, or early next week. I would just need to confirm the address I can ship this to.


I will keep track of the order placed a few days ago with the delivery scheduled for early November. Once I see this order ship out, I will reroute this back to our warehouse. Should the phone be delivered to your address, you will need to make arrangements before going on vacation to have that phone returned to T-Mobile. We normally can have the shipment sent back to us, but I wanted to let you know what we would need to do in case it does deliver to your address.


I can provide you address information to return it once you let me know if you’d like me to process this shipment from my office.

Hey all , so I just received my tracking number from UPS and Tmobile has changed the date from 10/18-10/25 to 10/3-10/11 that my phone will be shipped. How long from the time you received tracking numbers did your phones get delivered? Just wondering? Thanks!!

You guys are going to get a kick out of this one. I am currently chatting with a T-Mobile rep about when I would get credit for the old iPhone 6's that I just returned to the store (they charged me for the old and new phones on the new bill). This is what the rep had to say:

Yay!!! It took them a while well some because hey ordered early during preordering but it shouldn't be long than 48hrs

This scares me. Did you get a paper showing the lease was closed are there was a zero balance? I turned in 2 phones on Saturday that were in perfect condition. I only had them for 6 weeks.

Yes, I have the receipts that clearly show "closed" and $0.00. I'm sure it's a system issue because I doubt both stores accidentally put "damaged" as the condition.

They better fix it I would say produce the phones never would anyone in their right mind knowingly turn in damaged items.

It just fing never ends does it. Wonder if they closed your leases by starting you new ones and not telling you? They did it to me and to someone else that posted this morning.
 
T-Mobile shipped my phone via UPS ground. It is scheduled for delivery tomorrow. We had requested that it be held at UPS service center a few days ago. Today, we called to confirm that they were going to hold it and now they said they won't.

For those of you who have received your phones already, have you had it held at UPS or rerouted somewhere else? UPS won't do either.

Yes, for the one of the phones their internal customer care needed to start a new lease for a dummy iPhone 6 128GB in order to process a return for that phone. Whoever took my preorder over the phone on 9/12 was derp and didn't process it as an upgrade so there was no way to return it in the store without doing this.

That must be why I have this as they did the same thing on my upgrade (except they charged $430 to my credit card for the new phone because of it) But now when you look on the my T-Mobile site you will see that phone as a lease (all of my leases are marked complete- I have 3 in 5 weeks) and it shows that 18 payments of 23.00 are due. Want to guess what will be next?

Oh god!!!! Finally got mine!!!! It the best thing in the world..... Fastest phone I ever used... It won't even let me check the home screen every time I press the home button it unlocks its.. It's that fast guys like super fast... I love you apple!! And T-Mobile!!! The box was bent a little at corner but I don't care anymore the box was sealed! Loving it
