I think it's because they have the 128gb the turnaround for them is faster why is a mysteryQuick question were you both already with t-mobile? You guys ordered later then we did and the rest of us have later shipping dates.
I am coming from a 6+ myself and upgrading because I have JUMP and can do so as well. I anticipated it would be a wait simply because of the camera upgrades and mention of a new color. But I didn't foresee it being this much of a wait. Welcome to the threadI'm just joining this thread but i'm a little surprised that there is this much of a delay for a minor upgrade. Are most of you upgrading from 4 & 5 models?
I waited month for the 6+ a year ago, and I'm only going to upgrade to the 6s+ because I can with Jump! but opted out of the pre-order because I thought demand would be a little lower; obviously not. Assuming no stores have inventory at this point.
T-Mobile shipped my phone via UPS ground. It is scheduled for delivery tomorrow. We had requested that it be held at UPS service center a few days ago. Today, we called to confirm that they were going to hold it and now they said they won't.
For those of you who have received your phones already, have you had it held at UPS or rerouted somewhere else? UPS won't do either.
Oh god!!!! Finally got mine!!!! It the best thing in the world..... Fastest phone I ever used... It won't even let me check the home screen every time I press the home button it unlocks its.. It's that fast guys like super fast... I love you apple!! And T-Mobile!!! The box was bent a little at corner but I don't care anymore the box was sealed! Loving it

I just came back from the store where I returned my last 2 iPhones. Fortunately, the same associate was working at the time and made things a little easier for me. She remembered me and obviously knows the phones were fine. She said she never entered the condition as damaged because otherwise the system would never let her accept the phone and that the receipt I got stating the lease was closed was proof and that I should hold onto it forever just in case. I'm guessing it's a bug and going to say "damaged" for everyone doing a return.Please keep us posted on this situation. Like I said earlier, this frightens me.

I've only been with T-Mobile since August and have already been on the phone with customer service way to many times getting credits applied, resubmitting orders, etc...They need to fix their many problems.I just came back from the store where I returned my last 2 iPhones. Anyway, she called up internal customer care to ask about the $81 ($27 x 3 phones) charge for the phones I just returned and the guy on the line promptly added an adjustment for this amount. However, he said the charge was scheduled to be dropped 3 days before the bill was due (I don't buy it), but since we had him on the phone he made the adjustment immediately and put a stop on the scheduled one. I checked my account again after we hung up and noticed he didn't drop the taxes on the $81 but at this point I'm just going to accept it and move on.
By the way, I didn't get credit for the higher memory variant upgrade either even though I preordered on 9/12. I guess I'll call them up later in the week about that.

I had the gold 6 plus. But then I had a black note 4, grey htc, black s6, then black s6 edge plus, now this.

What did you order?I ordered 9/12 at 3 am exactly. was promised a 9/25 delivery date. my card had declined at first because it thought it might be a fraudulent charge. But I cleared that up with my bank and then told T-Mobile they had the green light to try charging again (literally two minutes after they had first tried). But they told me their systems for reprocessing payments were down and they have been ever since (I've been calling every single day). I finally called today, desperate to get the charge in so I get get my phone. They charged today a little earlier. The status as of 9/28 said shipping between oct 2 - oct 7 but I'm hoping since it charged today it'll ship within the next day or two.... one can hope :\
