I ordered 9/12 at 3 am exactly. was promised a 9/25 delivery date. my card had declined at first because it thought it might be a fraudulent charge. But I cleared that up with my bank and then told T-Mobile they had the green light to try charging again (literally two minutes after they had first tried). But they told me their systems for reprocessing payments were down and they have been ever since (I've been calling every single day). I finally called today, desperate to get the charge in so I get get my phone. They charged today a little earlier. The status as of 9/28 said shipping between oct 2 - oct 7 but I'm hoping since it charged today it'll ship within the next day or two.... one can hope :\
Which one did you order?

Mine says 10/5-10/12 but when I called tmobile they said I would be getting it until November but that's just on mine which is the rose gold
Mines says the same I spoke to someone on the ERT and he said that the explorer.tmobile site was accurate so if that what it says than that is what is set to happen. All this till November corn is just an estimate it might be on or before

It's just so frustrating that they can't just say one thing and stick to it!! Lol

After speaking to ceo assistant she helped me out.

Got charged today and she said i shall have it by the end of the week.

UPS left our 2 iPhone 6S's on the doorstep, 7 minutes after I left for an appointment. Luckily, no one stole them. So far these suckers run hot as heck.

Hoping for the best with everyone's order!

I'm new to T-Mobile, but do you guys know if they still do the price match + $50 trade in guarantee? I have a cracked iPhone 6 thats worth $62 at T-Mobile but worth $192 at Sprint.

So I was just wondering if T-Mobile was still doing this price matching promotion?

I hope I don't have to wait to long. I originally pre-ordered the 6s. Coming for the 6+ I thought it would be a relief using the smaller phone. But, I am having remorse and ordered the 6s+. The rep told me that the device was available for shipping, then after we placed the order she told me it was backordered. I just hope it comes before Oct 14th because I have to have my 6s mailed back to tmobile by then in order to be included in the buyers remorse period.

I recently signed up with tmobile after being with AT&T for years. I got an unbeatable offer and the price for unlimited data made it an easy choice at the time. I got the Samsung note 5 and I tried to like it but it wasn't for me. I let the 2 week return window pass me by and now i have to use one of my jump on demand swaps to switch to am iPhone. The problem is, the 6s plus is back ordered for a very long time. $670 remains on my balance to buy the note 5 outright so I can be free to buy an iPhone from another company or from Apple. I never was forced to wait this long to find stock which leaves me to believe that this indeed the big catch with tmobile jump on demand. That yea they let you deal out, but good luck finding what you want in stock. Anyone here in a similar predicament like mine?

Just put down 100$ and pre-order the s and do a deferred return on current phone? Mine was on backorder and I got it in 3 days. 64gb space gray plus s.

I was with AT&T last year. It took 3 months to get my iPhone 6 Plus.

Woke up to this wonderful news!! Good luck to everyone getting their phones early!!

What did you order?
Rose gold + 128 GB. Worst part is they don't me that it's policy that if a card declined for whatever reason, they'll have my device on hold at the warehouse. Clearly that's not the case though since that's not what my status states. I don't mind waiting but I do mind being lied too

I wouldn't say this quote is accurate. The iPhone is the only phone that T-Mobile has had stock problems with, so I wouldn't say that JOD is some type of scheme that T-Mobile is running.

i got my phone last night very happy i guess next year make sure we all order phone at 3 am to get it on release date..

With T-Mobile and the iPhone, ordering first thing in the morning on the first pre-order day is absolutely not a guarantee that you'll get the phone on launch day. I ordered on 9/22 (at about 2P) and got my phone on launch day, but i also didn't order the most popular phone color, either.
