I agree, so far phone service has been better than expected. I have dropped a couple of calls, and had some issues when on calls people claim they cannot hear me. This is both on wifi calling and without. But this provisioning issue with no text or VM notification is a deal breaker. I have and am giving them the patience of waiting. Tier 2 support ticket (whatever that really means). Said by sat I would get a call back to advise status. In the meantime, if a client calls or texts; I have no way of knowing if a VM was left, and no way of receiving text. That's where I have to draw the line.
Like them or not, I must move back to my other service. Believe me, I so want to say bye bye to ATT.
