They didn't alert me either. I found out because my bank alerted me
I checked the explore tmobile order status which told me to call customer service because my order was "not complete". So I did and every single one of the reps told me everything was fine (I called three times throughout the week). But my status stayed the same. I called once again to hear that my card was declined 2 weeks after I placed my order. I didn't receive a text or email notification about this.

So the mobile store that said they had them in stock...they lied. I drove an hour to the store. They never had any to begin with. They were just trying to get me in the store to "persuade me to try other devices". Beyond annoyed

You should email the CEO and talk to customer service to credit you for the hour drive and them lying to you. I would include the store location you went to. That was just wrong on all levels.

The same exact thing happened to me. It said it couldn't complete and to call to complete transaction. And when I called, they said everything was fine and not to worry. Trust me, DONT listen to them. I trusted them and then when I called just for an update, they said my order was not fine and I needed to update my card (after they assured me everything was fine). Be on them until that status is fixed. TRUST ME. believe the status more than reps.

I tried contacting customer service and they just went on and on about rose gold being an attractive color. I might try to email the CEO. I don't want to be compensated, I just want someone from the company to acknowledge the trouble they caused instead of blowing it off.
 
So what does your lease section look like of MyT-Mobile? I noticed the new lease section but... for my 3 iPhones... it shows no "Active" leases. But the 3 6S phones I bought on JOD say "Completed" leases. Hmmm... maybe T-Mobile messed up and gave me 3 free iPhones? (Dreaming...)View attachment 588261

So, anyone having issues with T-mobile service?
My VM has not worked (no notifications), and it is acting strange when calling out, (rings twice per ring, silent, rings twice) etc. I call, get someone on the line after waiting for a long time, they have no clue. Been a week almost, no voicemails unless I call 123.

I have news, I really want to give them the business, (no pun intended), but if I cannot rely on service I will have to go back to ATT. I have not canceled or ported yet, so I am fine.

Wanted to know if anyone else is having issues, or how you would go about sorting this out.

Thing is I do not think that they would be surprised. I'll just say many people might have something like that. Plus he did not show the important part of that screen. I also think he's going to be disappointed. Things don't always mean what they say.

It sounds like they have something set up wrong. First let me ask this: What type of signal are you seeing on the phone? LTE or 4G or worse? Is there a red dot on your phone icon? When you check VM are there messages for you? When someone calls you does your phone ring?

Yes this whole experience has been horrible. I'm not even too sure if it's even accurate and actually gonna happen. I'm not gonna get my hopes up but at the same time I'm excited. I guess we will see.
