T-Mobile: iPhone 6S/6S Plus Pre-Order Thread:

So what does your lease section look like of MyT-Mobile? I noticed the new lease section but... for my 3 iPhones... it shows no "Active" leases. But the 3 6S phones I bought on JOD say "Completed" leases. Hmmm... maybe T-Mobile messed up and gave me 3 free iPhones? (Dreaming...)

I love how T-Mobile didn't alert me for over a week that my card my declined and kept the status as backordered. Everything is fine now though. :p

So does that mean you got charged already? So you should be getting your phone soon?

Well, on Monday I updated my card. I haven't been charged yet, but my order status for my Rose Gold 64GB 6S is "Awaiting more Inventory. Expected to ship between 10/02/2015 and 10/07/2015".
 
So the mobile store that said they had them in stock...they lied. I drove an hour to the store. They never had any to begin with. They were just trying to get me in the store to "persuade me to try other devices". Beyond annoyed

They didn't alert me either. I found out because my bank alerted me

I asked and she conveniently wasn't available. Probably another lie. When I got home I messaged mobile customer service on twitter and they completely ignored the problem and just went on and on about iPhones being a hot device and stores not being able to guaruntee inventory. I understand that they sell out. But the rep at the store told me once I got there that they never had them in the first place. Lying is not okay especially in business! I'm pretty mad lol

This exact thing happened to me. Make sure you ask them if the card is showing as will process and not decline. They kept telling me they mine had updated but then told me the next time I called that I had to re-update again. Make 100% sure it goes through or else you'll be in an endless limbo like I was

I would be too. I complained to them too and all the would say was that the rose gold is our most popular/hottest device! blah blah blah
