I will be getting a glass screen protector but It won't be getting a Zagg, had that on my previous phone and had to pay to get replaced twice, sure it's only around $5 to replace but after paying an initial $40 it adds up. I'll probably go to my local swap meet and get one for 10 bucks. Lol.
On a side note Tmobile reps are useless. Phone got stuck on the white screen black logo. I took it to a Tmobile store and they reset it then when they rebooted it it asked for a wifi password to continue and the guy was like," oh are wifi goes in and out", so then had to come back home and finish the process hoping everything was good.
Smh that's crazy. Mine did it when I updated but I just did a hard refresh by holding the power button and home button at the same time. No more issues after that.
I was told that my 6s plus will be shipped next day air -- I got the tracking number now and it is just ups ground.
when returning the iphone, i wonder if we can keep the charger and the earpods or do i have to return it too?

If you're returning it as a swap for another one in the past I've only had to return the phone and they've (T-Mobile Reps) instructed me to keep all accessories.
So I'm back waiting again for a phone. Lol. First phone Jump on demand lease came out incorrect. Since I was paying off my existing phone with a deferred trade in and purchasing the IPhone 6s Plus 64 gb I went over my account credit limit. So they ended up charging the difference of what I didn't have in available credit. Not a big deal as they didn't try and steal my money but the the Jump on Demand lease only would have been $16 a month but I would have ended up paying almost $600 upfront. After talking to various reps they finally figured that out, then they had to raise available credit limit with them and reshipped my new phone. Funny thing is the store rep had to do everything on his side being instructed by phone support,when he was done I started looking over all the documents and to my suprise he actually charged my for the 6s instead of the 6s plus. Then he had to do the process all over again. Lmao. If I didn't have bad luck I would have no luck at all.
Luckily I hadn't shipped it yet. I was going to ship it but remembered that I got my first return label in the package with my first 6s Plus so I will wait until I get the next and see if there is one in there. I don't want to get my returns confused as the first order and trade in/return had to be completely cancelled. But I did get a shipping label to return the 6s Plus I have now and the rep said I have 20 days to return it so I'll wait until I get my new IPhone 6s Plus. They said it was available to ship now so hopefully I won't have to wait long.
Yea ordered my 6s plus Space gray 64gb on the 26th and ill get it tomorrow.
it was actually an exchanged. i have the 6s right now and decided to return it and get the 6s plus. do u know if they will ship it next day?
All I know is I ordered next day air. Paid $24 dollars for it. Forgot to do that on the first order and it shipped on a Tuesday and I got it until the next week Monday.

The down payment goes towards the cost of the phone that you upgraded to at the time. I had the 6 Plus, I upgraded to the 6S Plus RG I paid 169.01 or something like that which was the 99.99 down and the taxes. I'm on The regular JUMP plan. Now going back to the 6 Plus I had I was suppose to JUMP but I didn't if I would have T-Mobile would have took the phone and credited me for the balance owed on the phone. You don't get the 99.99 as it goes towards the total cost of the phone. I hope I explained this well..
I paid the 100 when I got the 6 plus 64gb but didn't have to pay when I got the 6s plus 64gb and now the lease payment is more. This is not what they told me when I got the promotion.
There's no credit on your account? Did you return the 6 plus? Did you check to see if they received your 6 plus if you returned it? How did you send it back?
I receive the $12 credit but I am paying more because the lease amount is more. The first lease was 30 with a 12 credit. Now it is 36 with a 12 credit.
