I sent it back with the shipping label they provided which had no tracking . Totally my fault but I was told if I sent it with different packaging or a different label it would not be accepted and I also would not get the phone back
I was told the same thing. I took pictures of the phone before sending it back with the screen on and pictures of the shipping label. I've been checking every week and T-Mobile have mine and will credit my account within another month.

You're welcome. Just keep calling and see if you can speak to someone high up. I did read somewhere in this thread where someone had the same problem and their phone was sitting somewhere else in the warehouse. They eventually found it.

Is there anyone on here that did jump and sent the old phone back and T-Mobile is saying they never received the phone ? I'm pretty pissed because not only could I have kept the phone and sold it I am now being charged for the phone and my new phone when I clearly only have the new one
T-Mobile has a history of losing phones in their warehouse. Happened to me a couple of times and I'm sick if it. It's safer to JUMP in store because if you mail it back there's a good chance it will show up on your bill in full and you'll be making a ton of phone calls

The thread has went cold! Hey everyone how are y'all enjoying the new IPhone 6s and 6s Plus?? Any app suggestions, cases, screen protectors?!

Hey guys, does any of you know how i should proceed with this, I wanted to get into the Tmobile on demand plan, sent my Iphone 6 64GB that i had bought from the apple store on release date (t-mobile usa unlocked version). I got an iphone 6s in exchange but i noticed that my bill never came down to 5 dollars, instead it was charging the twenty something... later i recieved an email that my iphone 6 was not eligible (dont know why)... so does tmobile send it back? or am i stuck paying 20something a month and still lose my iphone 6 i had before?

I'd call Tmobile to find out why the iPhone 6 is not eligible. If you did this during that promotion you shouldn't have a problem. You still get charged the full payment, but it is offset with a credit each month.

I am about to jump to the Samsung Galaxy S 7 edge. I really wish that $12 credit continues. That would be so great.

Your phone was purchased from Apple. Phones from Apple don't apply I believe. You can always go in store if I were you. If I were you I would stay with apples version of jump you get a new iPhone every year.

Oh no are you leaving iPhone for good? I saw the S7 and it does look mighty nice, trying to convince my mom to get one lol

I am not sure as yet. I got it because of the trade in credit T-Mobile offered. I would have never gotten it if it weren't for that promotion because it knocks off $216. Still weighing the pros and cons. There are things I like and don't like about iOS and the same for android.

I completely understand. I've been an iPhone user for a little over a year before that I was team Android why both have their flaws I really love the freedom one gets with Android! I miss that a lot, but I love the simplicity of iOS. Hmmmm I'm conflicted lol. Please share your thoughts on the S7 edge plus. I would love to know your thoughts. What sparked my interest is the fact that it's waterproof. Everythingapplepro on YouTube did a video on it against the iPhone 6s.

@KST87 Yes I miss the freedom the most when it comes to apps. I can't even chose the default browser on iOS but I like that the finger print reader works in a lot of apps like all my banks. There is also expandable memory.

I find that people seem to get bored with the phone they choose within a few months of using it. The design and technology keeps getting better and better every few months. Thus, keeping users at edge about upgrading since now its easy to do so. iOS is a kid named Stephen that walks on a straighten arrow and never gets into trouble and do what his parents want him to do. Pretty much predictable. Android is Stephen's friend named Tupac that has freedom to do what he wants to do and creates his own path in life. Eventually, Stephen would be envious after awhile or maybe not. Lol thats how i view iOS and android. With that said, Im selling off my 6 plus and getting the S7 Edge.

Honestly if Apple removes that headphone jack, I might just go back to Samsung and upgrade to the s7. I'll likely upgrade to something in September but that'll be my deal breaker against iOS

You know that if Apple is going to make a decision like that, Samsung will follow suit on the next generation right? Not bashing Samsung, had an S6 Edge Plus for a bit and actually enjoyed some parts of it. Not a bad phone at all. But with the possibility of room for newer tech and thinner devices, how could apple not try to improve and innovate, that's what they do.

Oh yeah I'm sure. Hopefully they wouldn't though. And meh, i rather have a slightly thicker phone with a higher battery capacity than a thin paperweight. To me, innovation isn't removing a staple of, not only Apple, but all electronics ever. To charge and listen to music at the same time = gone (unless they add wireless charging). And I really don't want to use wireless headphones because I use them all day at work and they'd die. Don't want to have to worry about keeping another thing recharged. Hopefully they keep it and innovate in other ways! If not, hopefully others don't follow suit.

I feel like it's similar to the Microsoft surface 4. Microsoft said they could have gone even thinner by removing the USB in the process. But they recognized that, after that, it's just diminishing returns. Hopefully Apple does too.
