Hi,

I would like to contact the ERT (Executive Response Team) and would kindly appreciate it if somebody could tell me how to contact them. Thanks!

The rep I spoke to told me they are re-writing the Jump contracts so that the prices reflect the promotion accurately. I understand that there will be monthly credit but, even so, the buy-out price at the end of the contract is wrong for both of the phones I purchased. It's supposed to be $164 but has two different numbers. In any case, I had him put the notes in my account to reflect what he said.

you mean only jump on demand promotions and not normal jump contracts?

So I don't have an S order number. Probably because I am not a TMO customer yet (switching from ATT). Is there any way to find out if my phones are on backorder? I ordered them at 9:42am on the 14th. Only email I got was the form to sign and immediately signed and sent in, then got another one saying that my order has been processed.

There's really no point in checking your order status at all until next tuesday or wednesday. I'm sure 90% of people have overnight shipping. It's not gonna ship until the night before you get it...

I get that, I am just curious if mine would be backordered or "could" ship on the 25th. I will be out of my area for over a month leaving at the end of October, so I will cancel the order all together and have to stick with ATT until after that if that is the case.

And those customer service reps are ALWAYS right on the money with their info. So definitely do not take what they say with a grain of salt.

A rep also told me they won't know the ship dates till the 17th. Others on here also posted that their reps said the 17th. So this does give me a bit of hope to get confirmed launch day delivery tomorrow.

Also does anyone know where T-mobiles factory that shipped iPhones was located last year? Is would be pretty cool to look at http://flightaware.com/live/iphone and acutely see when the batch arrives.

If anyone needs to correct or add to this,, please be my guest..

Jump V1- You could change phones every 6 months, you would trade your phone in, the remaining balance would be wiped and you would start a new EIP.

Jump V2- Requires that you pay 50% of the device before you can use the jump feature.

Jump On Demand (V3) - You lease the device for 18 months, you can switch up to 3 times. After the 18 months, you would either pay the remaining balance on the phone or move to a new device.

I am on JOD and my S number came with the email that requested the e-signature as well as the email that confirmed that it was signed.

That is odd. But nothing really surprises me when it's related to IT and T-Mobile. What does it say when you log into you account? Are there pending orders? Is your lease "completed". All of my upgrades and current phones went into "lease completed" mode once the pre-orders were processed and signed for.

Does anyone have know from what UPS factory (Location) their iPhones 6 preorders shipped from last year?

I don't think it says anything about a lease being completed. It does show my iPhone 6s+ as pending though. I also have jump! Not the on demand one.

Call on ask although once you signed the tip the only thing you can do is reject the package I don't believe they can cancel it but call and ask just to be sure.
My first order was wrong, it was a regular jump upgrade instead of the JOD and I had already signed the EIP without looking close enough. I was able to get it cancelled and they placed a JOD order. Contact the twitter t-force team and see what they can do for you. If that doesn't work try emailing the executive response team.
