Well, the other 2 people with confirmed dates already for shipment don't have +'s they have reg size. So maybe that's how tmo is receiving the info about the devices etc. Because I have the plus and so do you and we have that by the 20th message *shrug*.

Yeah mine says they'll know by the 20th as well. I also got a plus, rose gold 64gb aka the least likely to get on time I bet lol. Add to that the fact that my order was delayed almost two days because of their mistakes even though ERT said my spot should've been held. whatever tbh

I think a few of us have the same exact issue with the account page not showing any info, at least mine does the same thing as yours.I can no longer find my order page from my account. Used to be an alert on the right saying my order number is being processed, and I could click through to look at it. Now, nothing, and I can't see anything in my account history (which is now blank where before it showed placed and cancelled orders from the last two days.
Don't get me wrong, I don't think my order has disappeared. It says on the explore.tmobile link that I'll get a delivery estimate on the 20th. Still weird though.
