Yeah mine says they'll know by the 20th as well. I also got a plus, rose gold 64gb aka the least likely to get on time I bet lol. Add to that the fact that my order was delayed almost two days because of their mistakes even though ERT said my spot should've been held. whatever tbh
Same here with the shipping message on the 20th for my RG 6+. My only solace is that Tmobile help promised me in writing (text, whatever) on Twitter that:

That's not a promise or an estimate, but a guarantee.* OTOH, my order is for a 128gb, which according to the CSR making the corrected order and the daily shipping estimates posted online here to be the last of the RG 6s+'s to sell out.
After recent news articles stating that the 6s+ is in short supply due to production issues, I'm wondering if some of the people first to preorder the s+ won't get them on the 25th due to a shortage from Apple rather than a screw up at t-mobile.
OTOH, to look at the first message again: IF you ordered a 128 RG + and finalized it on or before 9am (exact time zone referenced being unknown, so let's just say first thing in the morning) on 9/14/15, they have the inventory accounted for, and you will receive your phone on 9/25/15 or 9/28/15 depending on shipping.
*Yet, the cynical part of myself is wondering if they will tell us ANYTHING right now to get us off the phone. "Yes, we corrected your order. Yes, you will be the very first person to get one. Yes, we will credit the cost of the entire phone to your account. It will arrive first thing Friday morning. On a unicorn. A flying one. That you get to keep. Is there anything else I can help you with? Thank you for calling T-Mobile."
