I wanted to add, my order was so screwed up, that an "executive team member" from John's office contacted me to fix things, and when I asked him about fixing my place in line since I placed my order at 12:45am, and they had me down as placing it at almost 5pm. He said he wished they could, but they could do no such thing. So I don't understand why some of you were told, your place would either be held in line or fixed!?
 
Well, the other 2 people with confirmed dates already for shipment don't have +'s they have reg size. So maybe that's how tmo is receiving the info about the devices etc. Because I have the plus and so do you and we have that by the 20th message *shrug*.

Yeah mine says they'll know by the 20th as well. I also got a plus, rose gold 64gb aka the least likely to get on time I bet lol. Add to that the fact that my order was delayed almost two days because of their mistakes even though ERT said my spot should've been held. whatever tbh

So, even though I've had Jump for over a year, and had 'successfully':rolleyes: placed my pre-order on the 12th within 20 mins... I have zilch today! ...well except a bunch of ghost order numbers :oops: :confused:

Same here with the shipping message on the 20th for my RG 6+. My only solace is that Tmobile help promised me in writing (text, whatever) on Twitter that:

That's not a promise or an estimate, but a guarantee.* OTOH, my order is for a 128gb, which according to the CSR making the corrected order and the daily shipping estimates posted online here to be the last of the RG 6s+'s to sell out.

After recent news articles stating that the 6s+ is in short supply due to production issues, I'm wondering if some of the people first to preorder the s+ won't get them on the 25th due to a shortage from Apple rather than a screw up at t-mobile.

OTOH, to look at the first message again: IF you ordered a 128 RG + and finalized it on or before 9am (exact time zone referenced being unknown, so let's just say first thing in the morning) on 9/14/15, they have the inventory accounted for, and you will receive your phone on 9/25/15 or 9/28/15 depending on shipping.

*Yet, the cynical part of myself is wondering if they will tell us ANYTHING right now to get us off the phone. "Yes, we corrected your order. Yes, you will be the very first person to get one. Yes, we will credit the cost of the entire phone to your account. It will arrive first thing Friday morning. On a unicorn. A flying one. That you get to keep. Is there anything else I can help you with? Thank you for calling T-Mobile."

Is that a good thing/change or is this a ******** thing since some people seem to be getting charged and I haven't nor do I have a label yet created.... but yet was 'prioritized' thru jod within first 30 min or preordering. (was out all night so didn't get to keep up with the news in this thread, sorry for repeating if anyone already asked)

No confirmations Of charges or labels yet! Neither has there been confirmation on ship dates for any pluses here yet...
 
I can no longer find my order page from my account. Used to be an alert on the right saying my order number is being processed, and I could click through to look at it. Now, nothing, and I can't see anything in my account history (which is now blank where before it showed placed and cancelled orders from the last two days.

Don't get me wrong, I don't think my order has disappeared. It says on the explore.tmobile link that I'll get a delivery estimate on the 20th. Still weird though.

I think a few of us have the same exact issue with the account page not showing any info, at least mine does the same thing as yours.
 
Ok I feel pretty good. TMo order site says that my phone will ship by 9/24, which puts it here on Friday.

And as an added bonus I'm going to order an Apple Watch through Tmo since they'll be selling it on the 25th as well.

Received an email from the executive CRT team asking for more details of my earlier botched order and my phone number, which I thought I provided, and asking me to call them today.

I sent him an email response with the information he requested, along with a copy of the twitter conversation I had with t-mobile help reps on that forum, and asked him to confirm their assertions.

I'm thinking that I'd prefer to keep these communications in writing just to ensure there's no miscommunication or misunderstandings. I'll keep you all posted.
 
free upgrade but your 18 months restart

so i do not see much difference between the 3 jumps except one can keep the phone by paying full or turn in the phone where he/she has said paid already half of it..................why this discrimination that only JOD customers are getting the benefits
 
apparently my status is still processing when a few rose gold people are already receiving other statuses #stopprossesing #startshipping!
