I received this update:

Status: Ready to ship by 9/24/2015 BUT order will NOT ship until all items are available.

Item: Apple iPhone 6s - Rose Gold - 16GB
Status: Waiting for delivery confirmation from Apple on this device. We expect to have a shipping estimate for your order by 9/20

My iPhone 6s+ changed to: Waiting for delivery confirmation from Apple on this device. We expect to have a shipping estimate for your order by 9/20

My iPhone 6s changed to: Expected to ship by 9/24/2015

I think the conclusion we can draw is they have no idea what to expect on the 6s pluses and many of us are going to be up in arms come the 20th lol

lol basically. they don't know how many they're going to get, or maybe they're just putting off the inevitable fit-throwing when it turns out we can't get them at launch. :p

A suggestion what to do till Sunday:
If you ordered more than one phone within one order they don't ship them until ALL items (phones) are available for shipment!
That's the information I got yesterday!
If you placed ONE order for and 6s AND 6s+ get it fixed before it's to late...

Going to be pretty upset if I don't have my 6s+ on time. I mean, yes I can wait a couple weeks for it, but when I ordered it @ pre-order start t-mobile said 9/25, and even 2 days later it said 9/25.

Sorry but I wouldn't be surprised if T-Mobile received no stock of 6S+. With rumored limited supply Apple is going to make their customers happy first.

Last year was fine with Jump, I got my 6+ on launch date as it seems they put Jump and JoD customers first.

Just realized how ridiculous I'm sounding - "I can't live without this new phone right away!"... yes, yes I can :)

So I have been following since preordered opened and finally decided to chime in. I preordered on the 12th via the T-Mobile website using regular JUMP for a 128GB 6s+ Space Gray. I can say T-Mobiles website is a hunk of crap as my order vanishes almost every other day from inside my account but I can state by checking the order website I am still good to go and status has changed from order confirmed to this -

Very true and a a very good point.

For all of us in the "We'll find out more on 9/20" crowd, we need to remain patient until we hopefully learn more on 9/20 or 9/21. Calling or emailing the Executive Team on this particular subject right now does not do us any good nor does it allow them to use their time wisely, which could be better spent addressing all of the legit problems out there such as wrong orders, people's orders lost and perhaps most important of all, spending their time trying to figure out how to fix their badly broken order process and how they work with and communicate with their customers during said ordering process.

Let's face it: rumor has it that Apple might be having supply chain issues for the 6s Plus and it appears it might be true. Apple anticipates these things and they have a remarkable ability to recover from these types of speed bumps. T-Mobile probably doesn't know what the status is and Apple will tell them as soon as they're able. I think we should all remain patient right now and let the process sort itself out over the next 3-4 days.

They had this same problem last year with the 6+ so it does not surprise me there is a problem this go around. I can tell you that last year I had pre-ordered the 6+ nearly a full 24 hrs after the preorders opened and I still go mine like the day after launch.

I think that there was some thought into releasing the 6s / 6s+ two weeks after the announcement instead of one week. Apple most likely did not want to repeat the past, and build it's inventory with other suppliers in order to satisfy more pre-orders.

Good to know about your 6+ - Tmobile is most likely trying to under promise, over deliver.

agreed, please do not blow up their phones and emails if you have a confirmed order in the queue. It's out of our hands now and largely out of theirs. I can't see how there would be anything they could do about Apple at this point, and there are people still trying to get their initial orders straightened out.

Lucky! I preordered a few hours after the pre orders started and didn't get mine for weeks last year, and I was on jump then too.

Should I be worried whenever I go to look up the status of my order nothing shows up. I have signed the EIP agreement and have gotten a conformation that my order had been placed. I ordered a gray iPhone 6s 64 Gb from T-Mobile. I placed my order on the 15th.

Has anyone else realized the whole purpose of the "Executive Response Team" is diminished when everyone is contacting them? They can only promise first in line to so many people. I know people are going to go nuts when we get shipping dates and realize some who places orders after others will get their devices first. I know they are in fact placing JoD ahead of the other pre-orders. This alone will cause an uproar.

I fully expect some people on here to say they are suing T-Mobile for not getting their iPhone on launch day. Fun days are ahead!

Nope - they're forcing everyone to use their 6s/6s+ order page.

See still nothing and I ordered the phone on the 15th.
