If you go to ups and input your phone number, can you find the same tracking number? Curious to see where the information appears first. Tmobile's email or ups label.

Yep, Nothing shows up on UPS website. Im not in it to get my phone early. As long as it comes on friday, Im golden. Pre-orders opened up around 2am where I live and I ordered about 6am in the morning.

Similar situation. Got the shipping email.
Order status on t-mo website is still shipping by 9/24.
Nothing on UPS site yet.

Expected to ship by 9/24. What's even worst was that I ordered this along with another phone, so T mobile is going to ship them together instead of separately
 
im just really curious to how tmobile decides to assign their phones to customers. its clearly not solely on what time someone ordered because i have a 603 number and ordered at 3am est on the 12th and havnt been charged or anything yet. not complaining just legitimately am curious. i wonder if location has anything to do with it
 
I just got an email from UPS. If you are not gonna be around when the UPS driver passes by your residence, try this out:

UPS My Choice Confirmed Delivery Window

It allows you to (for a fee) choose a confirmed 2 hours delivery window if you are afraid that someone is going to jack your precious new iPhone.

I think I will use it just to try it out.

Probably how many times you call to ask and how you treat the reps. ;) Each call in the notes sets you back in the line. Being an ass gets your order 'lost.' These people in the call centers need to keep themselves entertained somehow.

That service sucks in my experience. It's not worth the cost. UPS comes the same time everyday to my neighborhood and when I've tried that, I end up getting delivery at the normal time anyway.

The crazy thing about that is that I actually see them doing that!

That's why I just try to be nice to them and say please and thank you. They are human beings and they need to be entertained/get revenge just like we do. That being said I hope being nice gets you bumped up the line. :)

I don't trust UPS too many times they claimed unable to deliver when I was home. I do need to know when T Mobile ships so I can quickly put a hold at service center.
 
My order number is S00606XXXX placed last Saturday around 01:00 p.m. My CC was charged today. I preordered an iPhone 6S Plus silver using JoD coming from an iPhone 6 Plus

Status still says expected to ship by 9/24. No emails from tmo.

Nothing in UPS my choice. Tried to use my phone number in the search by reference area but didn't get anything. It's ok though - I know it's coming. :)
 
Excuse my ignorant question, but what is being charged on the CC? I wasn't informed by the CS Rep of any charges before shipping

My charge was for $99 down + the sales tax on the total cost of the phone. I am not on jump or jump on demand; it's a regular upgrade.
