Excuse my ignorant question, but what is being charged on the CC? I wasn't informed by the CS Rep of any charges before shipping
I have a 16GB iPhone and now I'm getting a 64gb, I wasn't in any iPhone promotion so I have to pay $99 down for a higher capacity

My CC was charged today, but no tracking number yet....

I'm also supposed to get reimbursed for the charge.

For those that are getting their delivery confirmation numbers: maybe add to the google doc or just post where (what city, state) you are getting the delivery. I think that has a lot to do with operation management for packages and when they are sent.

Correct me if I am wrong. Thanks.

For those on Jump on Demand being charged 99$ + tax, can you share the price you can buy the phone after you've made all your lease payments? It should be on your EIP agreements. Include what model and capacity please.

Didn't qualify for 99$ jod so I had to pay 250something for downpayment, then 22$ a month for lease.
Mine is 210$ 6s plus 64gb at end of lease.

I hope this isn't TMI

I got the text saying expected to ship 9/24 but my account still says "being processed" with no expected ship date:eek:

We ordered two phones, 6s+ RG (won't be shipped until at least Oct. 16th) and 6s 64gb silver ready to ship. The order status page says the 6s won't ship until the other unit is in stock, however you can call customer service to split the order.

The customer service rep said if he split's the order we would lose our place in line with the 6s+ RG. He offered two options:

1. $50 account credit
2. T-mobile will send us a loaner phone that is in stock (6s 64gb). When they ship the original order with both phones, we would need to return the loaner.

We decided to go for the $50 credit and wait.

I am sure you will need to call up to be offered either option.

Great thought. Wanna add a column for that?
What should we put,
City & state?
Or first 3 of zip?

It seems strange to me you would lose your place in line simply by having your ordered items ship separately. If I were you, I think I would call again later to get a different rep and see if he/she says something different.

Ps: according to the spreadsheet, no one received a tracking number, help to fix that guys ;)

I just ordered a 6S in silver, 64GB. If I ordered today (9/19) will I be waiting a while to get my phone? I know nobody knows for sure, but what is the consensus on 6S stock? The 6S+ seems to be very constrained but I'm hoping T-Mobile has plenty of the 6S.

I just got an email from UPS. If you are not gonna be around when the UPS driver passes by your residence, try this out:

UPS My Choice Confirmed Delivery Window

It allows you to (for a fee) choose a confirmed 2 hours delivery window if you are afraid that someone is going to jack your precious new iPhone.

I think I will use it just to try it out.

I got that same email. But I didn't even think any more of it because I feel almost certain they won't do it for iPhone. LOL.

Well I still have an expected ship date of 9/24.
A rep stated that it's noted in my account for me to receive my device by 9/25.
Since my down payment and taxes are being waived, I won't be charged via credit card. So I cannot use that as an indicator of progress. I MAY be charged on my T-Mobile bill.
Let's hope this goes smoothly.

I don't know. Either one would work. I don't know if there is an easy search for first 3 of zip code; maybe the full zip code? What can anyone really do with that?

Guys, keep it simple, don't over do it. What real data we can get from that? Nothing really

I spoke to the team leader and he called the handset department to confirm. Reason for losing the place is they need to cancel the original order, then put new orders in for each phone separately.

It was just a thought. There is a reason why people with very skewed order numbers are getting their order confirmations. My guess is that it has something to do with their location. As even "overnight" shipping can be shipped by truck to a distribution center near the delivery location (since Apple has a strict release date).

So this would be helpful to those that have not received their order confirmation.

Again, it was just a though - since we are collecting data to keep people informed to the best of our abilities.

Ugh! Must be that crazy t-mo ordering system of theirs. Sorry that's the case. :-(

Personally, I would get the loaner. At least then you know for sure that you got your other phone; especially if you were within the weekend promotion for amped Jump On Demand for a memory upgrade. If they already posted the credit it is unlikely that they will take it away. T-Mobile does look after the customer - even if their system is garbage. They should have created two different orders for you so it is not your fault. At the end, it is up to you though.

Lol I can't stop laughing right now. I called t-mobile per the comment in my order status. They told me they can split my order but I would loose my place in line for both phones.... Rose Gold won't ship until November. But my Gold is available to ship 9/24. But I want them to ship out the Gold. They would have to cancel both orders which means they have to order both phones again and then I would technically lose my place in line. So your telling me your going to hold one of the phones you have available until November? How does that make any sense? I was on the phone for 2 hours trying to get to the right person and finally they were only able to offer me a $20.00 credit so I hung up.

Item: Apple iPhone 6s Plus - Gold - 16GB
Status: Expected to ship by 9/24/2015

Ordered right after pre-order window opened. Went into store to formally order it 9-14 due to rep screw up with my original order. Received EIP email minutes later. Signed. Received a confirmation text shortly after. Above info updated today. Still no charge to cc or texts/emails about shipping. Hope that means nothing and that everything is going accordingly. Ready to jump ship on this Edge and be reunited with my iPhone!

Call them back and get a loaner on the Gold phone if you want it so bad - free shipping and just return it when they send out both phones from the original order.

At least I got a 50 dollar credit. When there is any doubt I always ask for a team leader, since most of them have a higher mandate and are more knowledgable.
