That is an asinine policy. Why in the heck would they purposely hold a phone for over a month while they wait for another phone to become available? To save $6-$10 in shipping costs?Lol I can't stop laughing right now. I called t-mobile per the comment in my order status. They told me they can split my order but I would loose my place in line for both phones.... Rose Gold won't ship until November. But my Gold is available to ship 9/24. But I want them to ship out the Gold. They would have to cancel both orders which means they have to order both phones again and then I would technically lose my place in line. So your telling me your going to hold one of the phones you have available until November? How does that make any sense? I was on the phone for 2 hours trying to get to the right person and finally they were only able to offer me a $20.00 credit so I hung up.
