For those on Jump on Demand being charged 99$ + tax, can you share the price you can buy the phone after you've made all your lease payments? It should be on your EIP agreements. Include what model and capacity please.

Didn't qualify for 99$ jod so I had to pay 250something for downpayment, then 22$ a month for lease.
Mine is 210$ 6s plus 64gb at end of lease.

Are you sure it was a matter of qualification and not just a screw up? They told me that my 6s plus neeed $442 down. I told them I had no idea why that would be and, when they looked into it, neither did they. They couldn't chagne th order without canceling, so I am paying that up front and it is being credited to my account towards the monthly bill(s). It also reduced my monthly lease to $11, so their mistake netted me $442; I am probably oing to buy this phone since their error gave me half off the device.

Yes.

I asked t-mobile support and they said to track iphone orders using the explore t-mobile page.

They also said nobody should be seeing tracking numbers or charges until the 24th.... so I don't really believe a word they say. I'm a bit concerned considering I had to re confirm my order Sunday night and then got another email saying my order was going to be canceled monday which I was told "was a mistake and to ignore"
 
Still says "being processed". Says the order was on 9/13 but the original order was made on 9/12.

Weird my status was that it'll be shipped on the 24th earlier today but after I got the text my order status on the website reverted back to "Orders are not visible in this tool until 24 – 72 hours after they are placed. Please check back tomorrow to view your order status."

I hope theres nothing wrong with the order I had to talk with customer service so much just to have my ordered corrected.

So, Apple seems to be doing fairly well with supply and demand on most models, only some are behind, mostly Rose Gold + models, which is the new color, so, makes sense. ...At least with pre-orders.

So, yeah, when you pre-order a phone on launch day, you're first in line, but, if they can they will try to send out all pre-orders from launch day to the 23rd on the 24th so they will be delivered on the 25th.

Yes, but, when they sent me text, I used the link in the text to see a different page that showed my order was expected to ship on the 24th.
 
I got a text this morning with a UPS shipping number. Just now, T-Mobile also emailed me with an update to my lease agreement. It now lists the specific serial number to my 6s Plus. I can't wait!

How are people getting tracking, by the way? I don't seem to have a tracking number. The one device I got the text for seems to have shipped, but there is no tracking attached

I got my tracking number via the e-mail I got this morning form T-Mobile
 
I haven't gotten charged or email with tracking yet. But I did get updated to that they'd ship it 24th so I'd imagine I'd get charged soon since some of you guys who got your status before me got charged recently.

There's also 5 more planes taking off soon today so hopefully some of you without any status changes will see something tonight/into tomorrow. :)
 
Leo in mind that they'll likely make you do a $100-200 down unless you're going with 16gb models. It's the biggest reason I wish they just baked in the increased cost in the monthly instsllments (granted a lot of us in this thread are getting the fees waived under a promo). I made sure everything was the way I wanted it because I don't want to pay $100-20" for my "mistake"

I know that will likely be the case, but might still do it. The 6plus without the case isn't so bad, but since I drop my phone, i put a case on.
 
Mine previously said it was expected to ship by 9/24, and now it's saying this:

Orders are not visible in this tool until 24 – 72 hours after they are placed. Please check back tomorrow to view your order status.

I initially ordered mine on 9/12, but after they screwed it up I had to re-order it on 9/13.
 
So I just got this via UPS My Choice. No changes on my tmobile order status page, still say being processed.
I very highly doubt this will come in on the 21st. Apple won't allow it. I'm guessing the labels are just being processed.

I think as the UPS labels are created, the email goes out. Doesn't mean the phone has necessarily moved anywhere. I'm sure yours will be sent in due time and you will likely get your phone before many of us who have a tracking number. The UPS system doesn't even recognize the number yet. So it's a sequential process underway and will take time. No one getting a tracking number now will get their phone before Friday. UPS will keep the packages for delivery on Friday.

Edited: as furbzv1 pointed out. Some may slip through, but those are rare exceptions.
 
just got a text from UPS that my package should be delivered on 9/21 before end of day. say what?
