Tagging HEVC Video

Hello, I have several apps that I use to tag videos & movies, most are compatible with iTunes.

Now I'm using Plex instead of iTunes which supports HEVC (x265) videos and no app I use let me add tags, manually or by fetching the tags from the web automatically.

Does anyone know about an app that let me do that?
