Okay. 15 hours. No workouts just normal usage. 45% battery left.
Nice. Just what I’m used to.
Oh wait, that’s my S4. 🤣

LOL
I have 10% 14:52/ 3:09 and this us my best result on S5 so far.
4 percent per hour would if constant give you 25 hours of battery life ... 4*25 = 100: what part of that math am I doing wrong, I think that is pretty good battery life if that holdsiOS 13.1.1.
Always on enabled
Noise app off
Background app refresh off
88% after 3 hours off the charger. So 4% per hour.
This is pretty bad.
Maybe the issue with 6.0 is Fall Detection. And they might have fixed that in 6.1I always leave fall detection on and in 6.1 beta battery life has been fine on my S5 cellular 44mm so far.
3hrs 42mins usage
20hrs 24 mins standby
35% left.
Keep in mind that battery life on lithium batteries gets affected over time if you let your devices hit low percentages often. If it lasts until it hits the charger, isn't the battery life spec irrelevant? I know people have different uses but don't care, as long as it lasts all day.
If it doesn't last all day with your intended usage, that would require a different watch, obviously.

That is why I ask. Do you have it enabled? Because my Apple Watch Series 5 came with it enabled and I am not over 65. I had it enabled in Series 4 but I didn't restore from backup. I had set it up as new watch.Fall detection is disabled by default unless you’re over 65, so I highly doubt that’s an issue for most people here.

Same
Alright then the issue might not be related to fall detection then. I wouldn't say it doesn't make sense to have fall detection enabled. I am in my 30s and I think it is a feature that might save lives regardless your age.No, mine is disabled as it should be. It makes no sense that yours would be enabled unless you’re older than 65 or you clicked it by accident.
Major improvement here. @80% after eight hours. But passive use during that time.

Yeah I haven't had an issue with it. And it is not like it calls immediately. It gives you a timer. The problem is the more active your lifestyle the more likely you are to get a false alarm. That is a reason why the default is off if you're younger than 65.
