The 2010 World Cup

Beforehand I was concerned about the pace of the German attack going at our sluggish centre backs — they've exploited it and will carry on doing so.

Anyway, where are Russian linesmen when you need them? At least the tabloids have their scapegoat tomorrow, it's these foreign referees, innit etc etc...

Thanks. The expert commentator said he 'came back onside when it bounced', whatever that means.
 
so far it's clear this is going on to be a classic .. especially because of that not given goal


but it depends if germany can't score any more goals of course
 
WTF was that? If that ball had been any further into the goalmouth it would have been in the stands!!

A series of very poor defensive mistakes so far from both sides, Germany have been better equipped to take advantage, but this game could still go either way IMO.

Johnson = poor
Upson = poor (but well taken goal)
Rooney = poor

Blatter = poor

Still as others have noted, this is set up to be a cracker...
