Well so much for showing up to a big game. Absolutely pathetic
PS I hate pierre
They absolutely have to score on this Power Play. 2 minutes left.

Not happening. The caps are getting more chances on the pk

It's like I said before.....I almost wish that he got the Canadiens GM job. That way, we would enjoy two or three Pierre-free years (because he'd be fired after a couple of years and be right back on NBC).
Let's see if the Caps can hold on to the lead through the third. I loves me some game 7 action.
i wish he did.....he says the most obvious things and it makes him look stupid.
don't worry we will see a game 7(hopefully the towel they hand out at the garden won't be used for tears)
Game 7 would be on Saturday, yeah? MSG will be rockin'.
I think that 3 days are unnecessary, but I'm happy because if it was on Friday, I'd have to watch it at work. And my coworkers says the yelling disrupts them.

Three days are totally unnecessary. Blame NBC for that.
I'm so sick of NBC games, they are making Holtby sound like he's the next messiah. The rangers can't score... they'll make a pee-wee goalie look great.
Aw, c'mon man, give the kid some credit. His save % and GAA are amazing. Without him, the Caps would have been eliminated in the first round.
The Rangers had 31 shots tonight (the Caps only had 23). 31 is a decent amount of shots for a 60 minute game. They had their chances.
They sure did. I agree with giving credit where credit is due...showing his mom like 80 times, I could do without.
Let's hope they cream him at home.

Eh, I'll take Rangers in 7. I think they're too skilled to lose. However, I also think they've got to be less willing to play to what the other team gives them and instead actually force their will on teams. They can't keep up with all these 7 game series - I think. If it's not this round or the next, could be the last.
Seriously? He did a great job and almost shut them out. It was a good game, and if he was not on last night, the Capitals would have most certainly lost. I hope the Capitals murder the Rangers.
Oh no, I was agreeing with Surely. Holtby had a hell of a game...he stopped everything they were putting on net....and their D was doing a hell of a job keeping them to mostly outside shots and they didn't getting many chances for rebounds.
That being said, I'll take them in Game 7 at home. The Rangers just have to attack, attack, and attack. And they absolutely have to do better on their Power Play. They are just wasting too many opportunities.
And Lee, murder is such an ugly word.![]()
I just like seeing the underdogs win. It's been the year for that.
I understand. And I just like seeing my team win.![]()

Not only did Holtby have a hell of a game, his fiancée gave birth to their first child yesterday!

How he was able to maintain focus with that on his mind is simply amazing.
And here are some pics of Patrick Kane enjoying his time off

I love it. Kane is entitled to a good time. He's doing what every other 20-something is doing at that age. He's not hurting anybody, and hey- the guy deserves a little fun. He could be doing far, far worse given how much fame and cash he has.
Yeah, he could be an NBA player.![]()
