I love it. Kane is entitled to a good time. He's doing what every other 20-something is doing at that age. He's not hurting anybody, and hey- the guy deserves a little fun. He could be doing far, far worse given how much fame and cash he has.

Yep. Think about the crap that we did when we were 20... the difference was that a) we didn't have as much money, b) we weren't famous, and c) no one had cameras with them!!!

Yeah, he could be an NBA player. :D

Criminals in shorts -- just my opinion

Not only did Holtby have a hell of a game, his fiancée gave birth to their first child yesterday!

How he was able to maintain focus with that on his mind is simply amazing.

And here are some pics of Patrick Kane enjoying his time off :p

i guess that means we will have another baby in the cup again if the caps win..

maybe Kane needs to spend less time planning trick shots for the all-star game, getting wasted and more on showing that his team is a championship caliber team.

I know you're a Chicago fan, so not surprised on the response. If Kane - jokingly or not whilst black out drunk - actually tried to lay hands on a girl, it's not okay.

He should stop dicking around in Wisconsin and just settle in on the golf course. Or better yet, he should be doing something at least semi-productive - like playing for the US in the IIHF/Junior Olympics. Instead he's making his scummy trash reputation even worse.

Washington sure looked pitiful in the final 5 minutes or so. Shameful end after they immediately cut the lead back to 1.

Well, as most years, the West sure looks stronger going into the Conference Finals, but we know it doesn't matter when the Stanley Cup Final starts.

I think the 'ideal' matchup is LA vs. NYR, but I've just got a feeling Phoenix wins. It's tough - Quick and Smith have been on fire. Both play great D and LA's offense has gone from near-worst to first in the playoffs. The thing that has me leaning for Phoenix is their 'by committee' way of getting goals and winning. If LA's top players are shut down, can they win? I don't know, so giving the nod to Phoenix.

Kind of don't care who wins the East, but I think it'll be New York - even if they muck up another series and drag it to 7. Don't think that'll be the case though. I hope at least.

Let's say both Phoenix and NYR in 6.

One of the reasons I like the Kings;)

Phoenix is going down. I can tell you one thing right now, if I were Smith, I would not be talking to my teammates right now. Phoenix is damn lucky to have him. Phoenix looked like a pack of amateurs out there last night.

Lee
Quick looked a little shaky last night ( From the red line:D ) He's owes his D some beers big time:cool:

Peace

I will say it again... Kings are on freaking fire! Love it...... Hopefully this time we can make it a little farther than when we did and met some guy that goes by Patrick Roy that killed us and the great one!

Look even better than the ice girls out of Nashville. Well, figures. Comparing Audi/BMW/Whatever you want to a Kia or something.

Phoenix was bad, but honestly, most of their wins have been tight wins that they scraped out over 60 minutes. After 20 they were tied, after 40 they were tied. As horribly as they played, they weren't that far off from making one defensive stop or getting one bounce go their way and win that game. It's odd to say after watching them get dominated left and right, but still true.

How the Devils looked tonight...

Nah, that was a great game, the Girardi goal had me jumping. Couldn't believe how hard both teams found it to score, both #30s were amazing, we just had better chances, although Lundqvists 3 saves in quick succession really shows how great he is. Can't believe how he filled the goal up tonight.

I shall leave you with my poor excuse for a playoff beard:

Did it for the Giants, so felt the Rangers should get it too...

He seemed to really change the team and despite not bowing to Ovechkin, got him to perform. I wonder if Toronto or Ottawa fire their coach, he'd go to either team? Or was his reasoning that he doesn't really want to be on the road?

From what I understand he is the co-owner of the London Knights, his brother is the GM, some other family member is the coach, dad is a scout, etc.. Sounds like a pretty good deal and you get to people that want to listen to make it to the bigs. (I haven't researched any of that, heard it on sports radio this am)
