Moyes is good, can't say he's great because i don't watch much Everton games and Fellaini, i think he's fit for Man Utd team

^ Actually I like the advertising vid with Falcao the painter. The shoe itself not so much. But it probably fits the new Liverpool kits. ;)

My granddaughter thought they were fantastic.

Not to divulge too much into stereotypes, but that's the clientele I was thinking about. And have zero problems with it, but it's a pity those highly overpaid, professional walking advertisement columns have to present them on the pitch.

So did you finally buy them? ;) Or rather those:

Got myself some Adidas Kaisers for playing indoor, still great to play.

Kun's boots - Thanks for the warning, I'll adjust my tv. :)

Other Manchester City chatter - hot on the heels of Manchester United's attempt to bring back Gibson by appointing Moyes, City look to be setting the trap for Isco by using Pellegrini as bait.

puma tho. not a fan. i like the look but not the feel of them on my feet.

any pics yet?
Nope, just an official from the club revealing the news in an interview.

Thing is, we're obviously going to have a standard striped template – which means that next season we could potentially see us, Stoke, Sunderland and West Brom all sporting the same basic Adidas design. I've heard rumours Southampton might be switching to the brand too, so that would be a quarter of the Premier League!

442 top 50 league players...

442 top 50 league players... and not one of ours named?

Oh, Gardner was in the "Best of the Rest" bit... what a shame. I'd have thought at least one of our lads would be top 50, no?

Buxton would be my vote.

I have seen #2 Saha/Crystal Palace play and am agreed on his spot. Might have seen #1 Ince/Blackpool seems I saw one or two of their games online or on the telly. So I'm not arguing that, or any other spot other than surely we could do better than honorable mention, no?

So Chelsea's Frank Lampard gets his all-time top scorer record which is set at 203 goals. Cue the "why won't they offer him a new contract" rhetoric.

We only had one listed in the whole top 50, and that was on the strength of his efforts at his previous club – George Boyd, who joined us on loan from Peterborough two or three games before the list was published.

Given that we finished second in the Championship, you might have thought one or two others might have warranted a mention.

Hahaha. Brilliant. Deserved win too. Take a bow.

Ginger man takes City's soul.

Bye bye Mancini after that.

I'm actually worried as an Arsenal fan now.

Sky are running a story that Mancini will be canned by the City's top brass soon. Also mumblings of a Chopper taking off from the Etihad earlier, how thats related is anyone's guess.

First off congratulations to Wigan for proving that character is more important than buying power.

Football for the Netherlands.

PEC Zwolle 4 vs ADO Den Haag 2
This was a open game of football, played by two teams in the middle table. PEC took their chances.

FC Twente 3 vs PSV 1
Twente start to play great football when it really doesn't matter any more. Mark van Bommel got two yellow cards again was sent off. This doesn't have any meaning as he said this was his last game at this level of football.

Willem II 2 vs AZ 67 0
Again a team playing great football when it really doesn't count.

Groningen 0 vs Ajax 2
Ajax cruised to this win, it was a typical end of season match for two teams who had nothing to lose.

Vitesse 0 vs VVV Venlo 1
The only real surprise of the day Vitesse should have walked this one, but very poor finishing told a different story.

It also seems as if the players are learning only two direct red cards and one double yellow this week from 9 matches.
