After the 4 home runs, the only thing I could think of was "Albert Who?"
. Yadi, Beltran, and Freese certainly had a good game.
Hopefully someone informed the Yankees that the season has actually begun. I'm hoping win #1 comes tonight.

Fun fact: Molina, Freese, Holliday and Beltran each have more home runs than the entire Phillies team
Well, the Red Sox finally realized the season started and notched a victory today. *golf clap* I like that the Jays brought back their old school unis - very nice. They had some real hideousness happening the last few seasons.
I know it's a bit late, but would anyone have any interest in starting up a macrumors fantasy baseball league through espn?

yeah that whole thing is crazy. his mouth finally got him on real trouble. if the marlins arent in the hunt he will be gone before the end of the season. he might have committed career suicide
Is anyone really surprised? This guy has always had a case of verbal diarrhea. The Marlins knew what they were getting when they signed him - so this is all sorts of ironic.

The only thing stupider than his comments is the outrage over it.

I think the Marlins are trying to save face...considering one of the reasons they hired Ozzie was to appeal to the hispanic population in South Florida.
But, I agree with you. I don't think this is an offense that deserved a suspension. We should all be free to say idiotic things.
A lot people took what he said out of context. He should've said it in Spanish instead. That doesn't take away from the fact that he's an idiot. Still, every league needs one.

Garcia is obviously hearing the footsteps of Pineda and Andy Pettitte. He really doesn't seem to be long for our rotation.
What was a highlight of that game was our bullpen. We know about D-Rob and Mariano - but Phelps was nasty as well. If our pen can be a strength it will definitely help take the pressure off of some of our less accomplished starters.
