The team that looks best in week 3 is hardly ever the team that ends up winning it all. Too much season to go to even try to make those types of predictions.

Sadden by the state of the Niners, but happy for my man Alex Smith in KC. Watching them feels like watching the 2011 team.

If I were a Raiders fan, I'd feel pretty good about where the team is heading after last night. Yes, you got beat, but Denver is showing itself to be the class of the AFC at this point.

Terelle Pryor made some good throws, good decisions with his feet. He looks like the real deal. And I saw no quit, despite the lopsided score. Kind of sucks Pryor got concussed at the end, but as long as he's okay, you may have found your QB.

true. but i've already heard that the Raiders are interested in a QB from China, his name is Win One Soon... :p

I know it was pre-season and all but the Seahawks beat them 45-10..

I can see the Broncos vs. the Seahawks in the Superbowl.

that would be cool, but i mean its preseason and peyton only played the first series

Hey now, slow down there folks. Don't count out the Jags yet in the AFC. Gabbert is coming back this week! Peyton smeyton... :D ;)

:eek::eek::):) thats a good one!

That pretty much sums it up for me. It was just preseason. Right now, the Bronco's look to be on the top. Hands down.

But then again, we are only into week four. Let's see how injuries etc play by the time week 16 rolls around.

I feel the same way. Smith was finally developing and had confidence in 2011 and 2012. It's great to see him doing so well early on in Kansas City. He's certainly paid his dues.

whos ready for the niner and rams game tonight? tell me who you think will win!

I'd like to see Kaepernick exorcise his Rams demons and finally get a win against STL. But our receivers are a horror-show right now. Hyped though!

Ok I'm in a 2 point ppr league and I don't know whether to start broyles against Chicago, Rodgers against ne, or bolden against Atlanta. 10 point bonus for wr/RB over 100 yds rushing/receiving

Wilfork's likely out for the year with a torn achilles. That's a huge blow.

And how about them Broncos running up the score yesterday? How classless. :p ;)

It was a great game. My family has season tickets and we were chosen to help carry out the large American flag that partially covers the field for the national anthem. It was a lot of fun, and I was standing about 5 feet away from Michael Vick.

That's awesome! I'm glad you and your family had such a cool experience. What a fun memory. :)

Pretty peeved at Matt Schaub for giving the game to Seattle. Niners Nation is not happy with him and he'll feel the wrath this coming Sunday night.

Sorry man but the Seahawks took it from Shaub. It wasn't given to them.

Just saying'

:p

To be fair, if you've watched a few Texans games, you knew what was going to happen. Everyone in the stadium knew what play was going to be called. He jumped that route because he throws that pass to OD on the open boot about 15 times a game. ;)

It was a bad, very predictable play call but he should never have thrown that ball. I know Sherman is a good defensive back, but I could have jumped the route and taken that to the house. He's a veteran QB. He needs to eat that ball.

Houstonians don't like Schaub to begin with - and that bad decision has them burning jerseys now.

And man, we have to hope Cushing comes back quickly from that concussion. It's amazing how much less effective their defense is when he isn't in the game.
