Here is a picture, but I doubt that it is really helpful.
All apps are updated and iOS 15.1

I also had that problem with my 12PM that the time that is shown here is never correct and often jumps and is missing an hour.

But maybe I am just too stupid to use this report.

You have a 12 Pro Max? This thread is for the 13 Pro Max.

13 Pro Max.

I meant that I also had trouble with the battery time on my previous 12PM.
It was never shown correct.
There are several things you can try to help with your battery life. I linked a couple videos below that I used. See if any suggestions in those videos help.

There is no one answer for battery issues. Weak signal from your carrier could cause drain. Bad Wi-FI. Your environment. Apps. Usage. Settings. On and on. Maybe you need to erase your phone and set up as new. Who knows?

In general the battery life on my max is great but it’s not amazing like some of the others on here. Having said that it seems to be getting better. Yesterday I finished the day with 16 hours off the charger, 5.5 hours screen on time and still 63% battery life remaining. That’s pretty insane! The phone was mostly at home in Wi-Fi all day. I have noticed going out on mobile data seems to drain the battery much quicker

I think it depends on what you are doing on the phone. I do love the battery life on my 13pm and can go 2 days without charging. People that just say it is ok are doing some taxing apps or related. Even with that it is pretty good.

It’s all about what you are doing on your iPhone 13 pro max. Listening to music , streaming or even phone calls will barely drain your battery. Where as surfing the internet playing games etc will decrease your battery quicker. Average battery life on 13 pro max is 10 - 14 hours

I think your battery is fine. Your overnight battery drain is very minimal at best. Of course your battery is expected to go down faster when you are actually using the phone. It’s normal. Now if you weren’t using it at all and went down rapid then that is something different.

I bought the 13 pro max 2 weeks ago you don't think I need to replace to new 13 pro max?

You dont need to replace it. You can try but apple will tell you that there is no issue with your device if they run diagnostic. Also apple wont replace it if the battery health is above 80% on their diagnostics.

If my battery is good and it’s like all 13 pro max battery so I not replace it if the battery is bad I will go to Apple

You are getting fantastic battery. It looks like your estimate for 100% battery usage is over 15 hours, based on the battery usage you posted. Are you finding your phone heat up during browsing in Safari?

The phone heat almost 24/7

This is the best battery life I’ve ever experienced in my life and I’ve had so many smartphones. I went to bed last night with 66% left at 10pm after using it all day from 7am. This is ridiculously great

I feel like I’m just not getting the same performance? Was at 100% last night at 9pm. Since then I’ve had 4h 45 mins of screen on time and 30m of screen off time, which was mostly music.

Background app refresh off for most apps. I did all the battery saving tweaks/toggles in location settings etc. I’ve been using it for extremely light things, brightness set between 30-50% and using Wi-Fi the whole time. I don’t have 5G either.

Battery is now at 62%. So nearly 40% drain for just that, when lots of you seem to be getting upwards of 7 hours on that amount of drain? I’ll keep monitoring and see how it goes… but even in that screen on time, my usage was extremely light. No games or anything that made the phone even slightly warm.
What carrier are you with? That must be the problem

13 pro max? How many screen on?

I came from XS Max couldn't go one day without charging. I work from home and now getting 3 DAYS. The real test will be when and if I get back on the road, checking emails, making calls, weak coverage, listening to books on the plane for 4 hours, etc then we will see. However, Waze, while driving, sucks it dry. You can't use any phone with GPS/Mapping without a USB connection.

I’ve noticed my battery drains almost the same in standby as is using the phone. For example over an hour I got a 4% battery drain with just 4 minutes on screen time, while if I used my phone for an hour I’d get 5-6% drain. However I don’t seem to have this issue when it’s overnight. I’ll get 3-4% drop standby over 7-8hr period vs during the day 3-4% drop per hour of standby…. I’m not sure if this is normal.

I do want to point out I get mostly 1 signal bar in the main floor while around 3 bars at night in the upstairs bedroom. I’m curious how much signal strength plays a factor even with strong wifi enabled.
