It's thin, so it won't be HD based. I guess it'll be $300 for 4GB and $400 for 8GB.

iPod Touch = unlocked iPhone - phone capabilities.

I can keep my old nokia and not have to switch to AT&T

Only downside is EDGE gives you internet without WIFI.
