Aren't there going to be a lot of iPhone buyers upset since the iPod touch is all they wanted? :D :p
 
this is freakin awesome. to those who said this will canabalize iphone sales, if every company had that mentality then dell would only release on pc, sony one television and so on. this is nice for those of us who don't want a touch phone, just a touch ipod.
 
iPOD Touch, phoneless iPhone, even with wi-fi. mmmmm iphone is dead...sounds like a very attractive iPOD.
 
As an iPhone user, it doesn't bother me one bit that there's a new product like the iPhone. More devices on the market = more marketshare and more attention for accessories, software, etc.

Better for Apple to cannabalize themselves rather than someone else.
 
I am guessing 16 and 32 GB flash for $300 and $400. Which is probably too much, but I'll get one anyway.

I'm one of the people who had no interest in the iPhone because I despise cellphones... but iPod Touch? I'm so there! :D Let me at it!
 
I'm not upset I bought an iPhone, I simply will buy a new iPod touch as well. There are times when I use one or the other. I have an iPod for all my podcasts, too many to fit on the iPhone. Each has it's purpose you see.
