It's thin, so it won't be HD based. I guess it'll be $300 for 4GB and $400 for 8GB.

Oh yeah, that's right. They're gonna release a new, flagship iPod and only put 8 gigs in it. For three hundred bucks, which is only a hundred bucks more than a sodding 8 gig Nano...

Are you on medication?

you guys were right about the wifi... i admit defeat

however, 16 gb flash only what the ****

wonder how long after the ipod classic releases someone rips the firmware to put on the older ipod videos to give them the new ui.

Yes, we all are on medication....except for you ;)

this iPOD touch will be used mostly as "PDA", not "music player", capacity isn't that important anymore.

So does the touch have video output like the "classic"?

Does the nano?

Both of these are killer units, but that feature would be hugely missed by me.

Why do they make a player with 3.5inch screen and only 16gb of storage. There's no way you can fit all your music and favourite videos on that thing

Even though it can't hold evey song in my library, this is still a great device. The storage will come in the future just like video has come to the nano. This is a great direction for the iPod to take.

Nice iPods, I like them all. I just might buy my first iPod one of these days. :D
