That's a nice little bump...bringing the 4 and 8 GB models down to the 2 and 4 GB price points. Would like a 16 GB at the top, but let's see what else he has up his sleeve.

The new iPod nano looks pretty good. Good job Apple.
So am I the only one who thinks it's ugly?Ok, video and larger memory is good, but it just isn't well-proportioned. It looks like something Microsoft would put out.

Oh no! The reality distortion field must be breaking down!

Killer nano. Looks like I'll finally be getting an iPod with a screen. Battery life is even better for video playback than on the old 30 gig iPod.

I assume it will play video via a cable? Probably have to wait until apple.com is back up for confirmation.

iPod now "iPod Classic"...thinner and all metal: 80 and 160 GB.

I sense an iPod Touch around the corner.

i don't get the point of making nano like this!!!
Its so big and awful.
get an ipod video, if you want the features.
Nano is an SMALL mp3player with a screen, not a big wanting to be iPodvideo.

Steve seems to be moving pretty quick through all of this, wonder if there will be a "One more thing...." coming shortly.

No you're not, they look terrible. And the new colors on the Nano and shuffle are pretty bad too. I don't understand why Apple is destroying their iPods in this way.

Must be called the iPod classic because there is another iPod to be introduced in a few minutes.

Now I've seen proper pictures of it, I think it's not that bad. Once seen in the flesh, perhaps even better.

For running the 1 and 2G nano might still be better, but since I know a lot more that buy them and never run with them, may be better for the population as a whole.
