74% Cacao, chilies, and bits of cocoa beans.. mmmmm

Good stuff. The first chile-and-chocolate combo I had was by Chuao out of San Diego. They have a lot of cool flavor combos like panko + sea salt, or espresso + anise. Available mail order: http://www.chuaochocolatier.com/index.html

The ABSOLUTE best...

Chocolate I ever had was the hot fudge sundae in a teeny tiny ice cream parlor in Secaucus, NJ on Patterson Plank Road. Near Huber St. When you get the hot fudge sundae made with the "hard" chocolate ice cream rather then the sofe serve ice cream it is THE BEST chocolate EVER. I do NOT know why the sofe serve chocolate tastes different but it is WAY better with the "hard" chocolate ice cream. I think the freezing must bring out the flavour. The deeper the freeze the more flavour is what I am thinking.

I seriously think the worst chocolate in the world is hershey's
I believe you are mistaken. Hershey's is adequate, there are worse. Ghirardelli comes to mind, that stuff was pretty pathetic. Certainly not as serviceable as Hershey's. Then, of course, Nestlē is none too good — a disturbing situation given that they now own Hershey. Odd, too, Nestlē is based in Switzerland, those people are supposed to know chocolate.
