YES, the only problem will be if you have a BMW or another brand that allowed you to control the iphone by docking it and controlling it on iDrive. Otherwise, It will still allow you to play your songs.

Did you reserve a phone from Rogers? If so, you should get one when you pick your phone up.

If your status is “in progress”, we have begun the shipment process and you will not be able to edit or cancel your reservation any longer. The next email you will get will be the one that confirms shipment to the store you chose.

Apparently holiday shipping is faster. Like when you order gifts and they guarantee them by Xmas. I guess that means they are guaranteeing them by the 21st.

Went into my local Bell Store the morning of the 14th and pre-ordered a 64GB black iPhone 5. My plan allows me to upgrade yearly. Not sure how soon I will get the phone....they said they'll call me when it's in store. I'm curious how many phones were set aside for the carriers to sell on release day.

No, I bought an unlocked one from apple.ca - hoping to get a nano sim before the Friday rush.

With Rogers Reservation system I was no. 633 for a black 32gb, and as of sometime this weekend the status changed from "Open" to "In Progress."

The same goes for a second reservation that was no. 233 for a white 32gb.

Darn. I have some credit from a trade up and was hoping to get the phone. Should I go launch day and get it or wait a week or two... or three?
