LOL I made my sister wait for me , shes around 50th in line, she was 150th when she got there at 6am. So it's about 100 people every four hours since she said Rogers was having a lot of trouble activating the phones causing a long delay.

my sister got there at 5:45 so she's probably behind my sister a few people back...my sister was right at the doors not too long ago...biggups to good sisters!
does anyone have any idea how many phones are left at yorkdale and how the line is? thanks

So even as a Level 1 Authorized user on my sisters account (shared family plan), after standing in line for 3 hours, The Manager basically said 'cuss you' we need the account holder here (who's at work until 5pm 1 hour away). Even though I called two customer relations people and they said yeah you should be allowed to upgrade, and they were even willing to talk to the manager, but the Manager wouldn't, and even though they had my name down to reserve the phone, they reserved it to someone else and said yeah "we don't have a phone for you"
the past 2 years as a level 1 authorized user I was allowed to upgrade no questions...well many questions but my dealer rep was amazing and I always go back to her...but I dont work near her store anymore...maybe I'll make the drive
Has anyone tried importing phones from Canada---or any other countries? I was thinking of ordering one, sending it to my cousin's address and then have him send it to the US via USPS. I'm worried that I'll be charged import duties or something.
Wow! You say you didn't get a deal, but that's excellent in my opinion. I've been a Bell customer for 5 years and the best they offered me was $57 for the 500mb combo plan with caller ID. NO unlimited text, NO 6GB, NO long distance.
Can you please tell me how you got that. I'd love to pay $55 a month for your plan minus the LD.

Well, Telus just lost a customer. They wouldn't allow me to move to an iPhone 4 with only a year left on my contract. I've been dying on the CDMA network for quite some time now. They want me to move to a 3GS only. Then they have no iPad sharing plan or any plan as cheap as Bell's 6GB $30 + $10 for the ipad.
So to heck with them. I'm buying my contract out and moving on...

Anyone from Moncton with an iPhone? I've called basically every store in the region and it seems like only two stores actually got iPhone 4 available. As for the rest of them, they don't have a clue as to when they'll get them. There's a few stores that took my name and phone number to notify me when they'd get them... but I guess I'm on a big list. I even called in my hometown up north and they haven't gotten any yet... It sucks we can't order them by phone...

So with these limited amounts of iPhone 4 throughout the province, when can we expect to get more shippments? A week? Two weeks? Longer?
I waited in line since 5:30am....I was the 4th person there.
Stupid ducking rogers servers crashed so they sent me out of the store after waiting for 5 ducking hours!

If anyone knows when Rogers servers come back online please let me know so I can go back to the store and hopefully get one today/tonight!

If it wasn't for my darn plan... I would of upgraded online this morning. Now, God knows when the stores will have any available... I'm still hoping that one of the stores I called will get a shippment this afternoon. But I'm highly doubtful...
You would think Apple would of made some efforts to send out a good amount of phones for the initial launch... obviously they knew it would sell this quickly.
