The Galaxy S5
Technically, units shipped are considered whether it's to retailers or directly to consumers because those retailers have to pay for those units and try to resell them to consumers. The question is how many of those units get into consumers hands or sit on the shelves or back room gathering dust. We all know when a new iPhone is launched, most if not all iPhones get into consumers hands because shipment time gets pushed back further and further and doesn't catch up until about a month later. Retailers run out of stock within the first day or two.
Here's a good read which explains the difference between shipped units and sold (to consumers) units.
