That is about the only two things that i would want different.

I'd separate the breathing/eating orifices to eliminate choking. Opt the breathing to have a couple widely separated paths so asphyxiation would be nearly impossible.

The teeth and the spine seem to be somewhat delicate for a relatively durable species otherwise. I wish these were a bit more durable/resilient.

I would definitely stop hair loss, allergies (people invest billions into cures for everything else, but oh god no not allergies), and definitely stronger bones.
