The "I just bought/ordered/got/shipped my new iPhone 5s/5c" thread, [Merged]

Page not forwarding when you hit next, looks like the thread is getting to big for the browser or the bb software. Hope everyone gets theirs soon. I'm having a birthday party tomorrow for myself and a friend (it's the 22nd actually) and will be cooking and eating like a king with our friends so it won't be until Sunday when I can rush to the Apple Store to get it activated. I'm all backed up and raring to go...

Best to you all. I'll post photos if anyone is interested. I've got an associate in Culinary Arts from the California Culinary Academy. This boy can throw down in the kitchen.

I'm in Nova Scotia, Canada, and I ordered a silver 32GB iPhone 5S through my carrier (Telus) about a month ago and it finally arrived Tuesday. My Telus is a smaller store in a smaller town and doesn't get anything higher than 16GB unless a customer asks to get one ordered. I love the phone though so it was worth the four week wait especially since I was upgrading from an iphone4.

Also interesting to note that store finally received its first slate black 5S the other day, all they had gotten since release two months ago was gold and silver 16GB models.

I live in a small town in the southwestern end of Virginia. I ordered my gold 32gb 5s on October 9th from the AT&T store here, and received it on November 11th. I called them to let them know I got mine, and the girl told me the ONLY stock they have received has been 2 Slate Gray models!!! 2 phones in over a month to a STORE? That's just crazy!
 
HELL YEAH!!! Status changed at 04:00 AM! Im a bit wasted, but apple took my money at this sacred moment!!! Finally!!!'!!! So preparing shipment! Im sooo happy!

Good to see more orders preparing to dispatch, unfortunately mine isn't one of them :(

Mine arrived yesterday......was to busy to post, but the UPS guy came around 10 AM with a express delivery from apple. 2 Gold 32GB iPhone 5S's

Ordered online in the Store (Netherlands) @ 25th of october around 10 PM, delivered 15-11 around 10 AM my time windows was 11-15th of november so everyone keep your agenda's out for the last day of scheduled delivery :)

And when did your status change to 'dispatched'?

Finally ... "preparing for dispatch" too!
It is funny ... I am not relieved at all :) I just keep on refreshing ... Hopefully "dispatched" will appear soon. How long does it usually take?
 
Must admit I refreshed the status from my iPad, iPhone and iMac and incredibly unhealthy number of times. I've purchased a lot of guitars and gear in my life and NEVER did I track something so much as this 5S... LOL

Well, there is estimated Apple delivery: 11/19

And I got TNT tracking number which is not working yet.

Interesting thing is that it will be send from Prague ... looks as if there is another shipping centre for Central Europe... I just hope the phone was not in Prague all the time:D

Let's hope it will get to you on time! I'm still preparing for shipment, hoping for some changes overnight...
 
Mine is also still prep for shipment..i dont think there is a need to refresh anymore as we will get an email once its dispatched.. Other than that, im pretty sure that ours will be dispatched from some location in europe,and so it will most likely nor move during the weekend and for sure we will receive it the latest on the 19th, but i still hope to receive it on monday.my optimism is getting back:)
 
It's weird not tracking the shipment any more. I also gotta say the gold looks more champagne to me, but I'm legally blind... LOL

I promised photos, this is the appetizer course:



Clockwise from 3 o'clock: hummus, vegetable platter, jumbo shrimp tossed in lemon juice and fresh dill, cocktail sauce. pretzel crisps, crab apple smoked chicken wings, ambrosia salad and apple wood smoked baby back ribs. I think I remembered everything. LOL. Then we had suppli telephono (risotto balls stuffed with fresh mozzarella, breaded and deep fried, served with a fresh marinara. We ate so much stuff we opted to skip the entrees and head straight to cheesecake and coffee... I kid you now (entree was grilled wild salmon and filet mignons a served with fingerling potatoes and green beens tossed in a dill butter sauce.
