well I got this update

And an apologetic email from UPS telling me my delivery would be today between 09:15 and 13:15. Our local driver is a pal, and I have cigars for him.

We previously sent you a delivery alert for the package shown below however, conditions have caused the delivery time to change. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. The new approximate delivery time is between 9:15 AM and 1:15 PM.

Got the allow package to be left on doorstep printed and tacked to the door JUST IN CASE with a Cohiba Robusto in a ziplock bag for my driver...

Yeah...

I'm hoping everyone gets good news.
So if they DO deliver today that means it was 8 days from online purchase to delivery. Not bad.

How did you get it so fast?! Where do you live? Here in Austria I ordered it over 2 Weeks ago and nothing has changed since then...

Hey guys,

I have ordered my iP5s 32 GB White in Apple online store on 10/27 with estimated delivery 11/13 - 11/19.
Since I am still processing, I have contacted Apple. The lady there told me not to worry, she has checked with "delivery centre" ... and made me sure that I will definitely get my phone by 11/19.

So hopefully ...
 
A week???? HAHAHAHHA... I ordered mine October 27th, it wasnt shipped until Monday. And I have no idea when its actually going to arrive.
Although at this point Im pretty sure its not going to be Monday. Which sucks as I already put my old phone on ebay:p

Thank you for telling us! That's very interesting. Did she tell you it would have been there till the 19th anyways or just because you called?

At least yours was shipped, I ordered the same day and until now nothing happened... I'm just praying when it finally ships it won't be stuck like yours :O

My 6th of Nov order is now on a MD-11 from Incheon Int'l in Korea to Anchorage intl. Delivery Monday 18th! :D

Awesome! It should take flight 61 to Louisville then fly to your city. You can track with flightaware app.
 
Well, I think it is impossible to get the phones before the 19th. I mean, still processing now. If it changes this weekend there is not much chance that it wil go from China of something to my house on the countryside in the Netherlands in 2 days...

I talked to apple support today and they told be that it should be fine, i guess there is another wave of phones coming this weekend, i hope at least. If they start preparing the dispatch in few hours, they will dispatch it by saturday morning (this happened last week as well, if i remember well),and then, it may either arrive by monday or latest, by tuesday, 19th of nov. And obviously, if our phone's status is not changing until tomorrow morning, then forget about delivery in time... And we will be really sad. So as i mentioned before, today should be the day of status change, it is our last chance:)

(so far nothing though..)

It is still possible that you will get your order on Tuesday 19th Nov.

The first batch of UK 5s iPhones changed to Preparing for dispatch on a Friday and then shipped on the Saturday. On Sunday they flew from Hong Kong via Dubai to Cologne. They sat in Cologne for about 36hrs before leaving about 2am Tuesday and landing at East Midlands airport. They went to the local depots and were out for delivery that morning (Tuesday).

My UK order (64gb Space Grey) placed 31 Oct is still processing.

Checking back the posts from last/this week, it is also possible that they prepare our shipment on monday, and then, i would say, it is still possible to receive them on the 19th..

we'll see soon... keep y'all updated!
 
I ordered a space grey 64gig (Sprint) 5s on Sunday, Nov 10th.
Updated to preparing shipment Weds 13th.
Shipment notificiation last night (14-15)
When I checked tracking this morning, it was Nov 25th for delivery. However, I checked the tracking again just now, and it's been changed to Nov. 21st (went from a Monday to a Thursday). Coming from China to San Francisco, USA.
 
When they move, they move FAST !!
I sure wasn't expecting mine so fast, after the craziness of the mall I figured the best thing to do to get the 64gb Gold one was to order online and skip the craziness at the mall. It got here way faster than I figured, I'm No Fortunate Son so I have no explanation on why mine arrived so fast. US Apple Store order, ATT Model, coincidence that Apple has really ramped up 5S production ?? Who knows, someone ask Carnac The Magnificent.
