I'm not sure what it used to be but I spoke with a woman on chat and she said 30 days. And if you don't buy it at initial purchase then you have to take it into an apple store and have it inspected.
 
I still waiting too, and I purchased the same day (september 20th).
My iPhone 5s T-Mobile Unlocked is still at the processing order stage... Someone are in the same situation?
 
Here she is. 16gb Gold for VZW, ordered at 12:04am PST from the online Apple Store with confirmation at 12:07am PST. Delivered today at 2:46pm PST.

Those Gold's are looking pretty sweet! I may try one trip into an Apple store tomorrow when I pick up my 5s from UPS Will Call in the morning! If not, I'm ripping this baby open!
 
My 64 GB Gold ATT made the plane to LA... delivered and set up! It looks great, and man is this thing *fast.* Touch a photo and Bam! there it is. All operations are super speedy - it's a big big upgrade from my 4s. TouchID is killer and is nearly instantaneous. Love it!

I ordered mine on Friday at 430PM. I got my tracking number Saturday and I'm still not able to see any information. ATT site says expected shipping date is 10/21 - 10/31. This is ridiculous
 
Got mine today. The gray is beautiful! 32GB verizon. Ordered from Verizon as soon as they were up. Was worried I was going to miss fedex but they came a little early!

So, without further ado, will you please kindly head over to the spreadsheet and put in the last 4 characters of your serial number, if they are not already on the sheet? Thank you!

Hi everyone - we are still missing the 16/32 Gold for at&t and all of Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon and the worldwide phones - Canada, Australia, UK and so on.

If anyone missed the original post or has received their serial number or phone then could you kindly fill it in on the sheet above? Thanks so much!

Just was able to start tracking. Mine is in Memphis right now.

I ordered mine (64g Gold AT&T 9/19 at 8:30pm) yes the day before launch and it said "back ordered" until just now. It currently says..

Shipping status: In progress
Item status:processing
Tracking number:pending shipment

Should I get excited??!!:eek::eek:

Bought my silver 16gb AT&T iPhone 5s at 0003 hours on September 20th from the Apple app on my iphone 4.

I received my new iphone this afternoon. Loving it.

Its slightly faster than my wife's iphone 5 and way faster than my iphone 4.

Added bonus: it arrived a day earlier than originally quoted.
