I should've just gotten a space gray. Probably would've had it already. I guess that just means it'll be all the more satisfying when I actually get my gold.

3-4 posts up I copied/pasted complete tracking history with date/time stamps. Mine left Incheon 9/26 (Korea time/date--which was 9/25 here in the Dallas area) and is currently on the truck for delivery today.
Whoops! Sorry, missed that one. Pretty amazing; my receipt says delivery 9/27 but I didn't think that was possible. Your experience seems to indicate it might very well happen.

I too was skeptical about receiving something from Korea the next day but it looks like it happens! Mine is scheduled for tomorrow. 5s / 32GB / Gray / AT&T --- very excited. I have a 4S so looking foward to the speed boost.
Yeah. Upgrading from an iPhone 4 16GB black to an iPhone 5s 16GB space grey. Gotta like this - ordered monday and it should arrive tomorrow or saturday. It is already at the logistic service DHL (similar to UPS, but German). I AM SOOOO EXCITED

My 5s 32G Gold shipped today. I ordered through ATT on launch day around 4:30 am CST. I do have a tracking number but no information is available yet.
UPDATE: Tracking info is now available it is shipping from Fort Worth, TX scheduled delivery is 9/30.

You have 2 choices.
1. Wait until at least the end of next week to ship which means you will receive it by midway through the following week.
2. Camp out at an Apple store and be sure to be first in line. After you're given a ticket you have to cancel your online order and then wait 5-10 minutes for the cancellation to go through. Obviously this is risky.
Mine was delivered while I was home today for lunch. Pretty amazing shipping speed. Good luck!
Upgraded a 4 (not a 4s) to the 5s, and from 16gb to 32. One hour in I love the speed and space. Huge upgrade.

Well I could not get through the Apple site on 9/20 so had to go through AT&T.
Trying to get information on status has been a nightmare, I would talk to two different reps and get completely different answers, but thankfully today my phone shipped and will be here on Monday.
Next upgrade, definitely will go back to Apple, they are still the best with customer service.
And oh by the way, AT&T customer service still sucks , I guess they paid someone to get their J D Power award, LOL

As most of you know (or at least if you have been on this forum for the last few days) I have ordered a Gold iPhone 5s (64 GB). Unfortunately I was not one of the first people to order the phone, and landed in the infamous "October" group.
I have the opportunity to purchase a space gray model, also in 64 GB, from my local Apple Store. While I was originally leaning towards the Gray, the lack of stock in stores, led me to order online. Seeing as all models at the time were listed as "October", I thought I might as well order the "hot favourite".
Now that the shipping date still remains ambiguous and inconclusive, I'm not sure what I should do. Should I keep my online order, and tough it out? Or take the opportunity to get a phone now?

P.S. I'm not biased towards either colour... I just want to know whether I should take this golden opportunity (no pun intended) to get a phone, or continue to hold steady on the Gold 5s.

That's the problem though. I don't necessarily like (or dislike) one colour, more than the other. The 64GB storage is most important.
I just want to know whether the wait, is worth the reward. Would it be considered a cop out, if I went for the gray?
Great to hear from you, I'm a Canadian as well. I'm guessing your phone is coming unlocked? Anyways, when your phone was ordered the shipping date was already listed as "7-10 days"? And at that time, they were also able to give you that fixed delivery date?
Have you had any changes in item status the last few days?
A reply would be great, so that I can start to have an idea of when my phone will arrive.
If color isn't a dealbreaker, get the space grey that's available now. You'll get the phone much sooner, since we all have no clue when the 64GB Gold will ship. No reason to wait for the gold model unless that's the one you prefer
So... have any 64 GB Gold, shipped at all? Or are those who ordered it doubly handicapped?
This is very confusing. Why are you asking us this question? Do you really need our permission to do something? You don't care about color. Right? Yet you are thinking about waiting. Yet you want it today in gray because it's available today.
So, wait for the gold. With your luck, by the time you get to the Apple store, the gray 64 will be gone and you will have cancelled your gold order, and you'll be out of luck.

Just bought a gold 16gb iPhone 5s off of Verizon's online store. It's saying the ship date is 11/11!
I called a corporate store just see if that was accurate. They said the dates they assign online can sometimes be grossly overestimated. I hope they're right...

I ordered the iphone 5s 32gb Space Gray on the 20th and it just landed in Anchorage, Alaska. It will be delivered tomorrow 9/27 between 2pm & 6pm. I can't wait!!!!!! Upgraded from a 4s.

I ordered 32gb gold AT&T iPhone at 12:05 PST on 9/20 from Apple and it just went from processing to preparing for shipping! I got a 7-10 day shipping time with delivery between 10/8 to 10/11.
